Två sten eldstäder, biljardbord med pingisong överlägg alla på samma nivå som köket, matsal och 3 sovrum på huvud. Två ljusa och rymliga sovrum på andra våningen och en uteservering med fyra tvillingar.

Rymlig 4 200 kvadratmeter sjö hem ligger på stort privat parti (nästan 2 hektar) med 270 meter lång grundad strandlinje med en hård sandbotten. (inga husdjur tillåtna på grunden) Detta hem har 5 sovrum med 1 king, 4 queen och 5 enkelsängar och 1 queen soffa sovvagn. 3 badrum, 2 sten spisar, 2 kylskåp, ett stort vardagsrum, spelrum, kök och tvättmaskin / torktumlare på huvudnivån. Nytt matbord med plats för 9-10. Det finns ett annat färdigt område i källaren med 4 extra enkelsängar och TV .. Nyligen ombyggd med några moderna förbättringar, inklusive nya golv över hela huvudområdet och masterbädden / badrummet. Njut av expansiva fönster och stort omslag runt däck. På gården finns en basketboll, tetherball, swingset och lekhus för barn. Bara lagt till 4 nya Stand Up Paddleboards (SUP) som följer med hyra! Vi har en nyare pontong båt som är tillgänglig att hyra för ytterligare $ 750 / vecka. Tyvärr, inga jetskidor får tas in.

Huset är bekvämt beläget 10 miles öster om Brainerd och 8 miles väster om Garrison och även den berömda Lake Mille Lacs walleye fabriken. Brainerd Lakes-området är också känt som Minnesotas resort huvudstad och hem till många golfbanor. Portage Lake är en gren av Crooked Lake-kedjan med över 900 hektar klart vatten för båtliv, simning och fiske. Fastigheten är tillgänglig året runt och är ett utmärkt ställe för vintersport. Det finns många preparerade cyklar, snöskoter och längdskidspår i närheten. Isfiske är också populärt med små byar av isfiskehus som springer upp på sjöarna när sjöarna är över.

Swingset har utsikt över VB-nätet och sjön och har 2 gungor i många åldrar och en gunga för spädbarn. Det finns en utomhus eldstadssjö för hot dogs och smores! Två kolgrillar och en 6-brännare ny propangrill finns.

Location, size, amenities: all great! This is a quiet neighborhood and lovely setting! Next time I’d like to bring a couple of grandchildren to use the many games and play equipment provided!

Great Getaway!

Great cabin with a perfect floor plan for mutliple families or guests. Bedrooms and bathrooms are on the outside walls of the house with the center of the home being the common space (living room, kitchen, dining and game room). There was plenty of indoor and outdoor activities to keep the kids and adults entertained. We also rented their pontoon and it worked great. We would stay again!

Wonderful Family Getaway!

Our family had a fabulous time at this cabin! With 16 people it can be hard to find places that "fit" just right, but this cabin had everything we needed! Enough room to spread out, big table for us all to eat together, multiple levels for kids that needed naps, multiple refrigerators and washers/dryers, and a great swimming area around the dock! Would definitely book here again as we made some amazing memories!

Grandpa turned 80

We celebrated with kids and grandkids. They loved the paddle boards, pool and ping pong, fishing, and pontoon. There are lots of games and items for play. Fun time!

Great place to spend time away from the busy cities.

This was a great place to stay and get together with everyone. Check-in and check-out process were smooth. The house has alot of things to do. The house is clean. Very good experience, highly recommended, and will book again in the near future.

Family and Friends Reunion

We had a great time at the cabin with family and friends. Cabin has plenty of room. Marjorie was great with any requests we had asked for and the communication was awesome. Would highly recommend this cabin.

Great place to stay.

We stayed for a family new years weekend. Everything was great. The only thing was we walked into the house that was 50 degrees. Called and i was told where all the thermostats were. We used both fireplaces to get heat also. Will stay again.

Family Friends Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this house. The kids enjoyed the game room and all the water activities. The boat was a hit. I would defiantly come back. I loved that the house is on a smaller lake and lots of room outside for the kids to play.

Had a great time

Property was very clean and cozy for our annual family Christmas get together. Was even decorated tastefully with Christmas decorations and trees. Marjorie was very accommodating and genuinely interested in making our stay very pleasant. She was easy to get ahold of when we had questions and responded almost immediately. Would definitely recommend this property and plan on staying there again.

Perfect setting for our large family gathering

We really enjoyed our family weekend together at your home this December. We filled every bed and were grateful to the many spaces for family togather to play pool, ping pong, or board games; piece puzzles, watch movies, or cook. Accommodations were nice, house was well stocked, and beds were comfortable. Booking and check in went smoothly and Marjorie responded to all our questions about the house or area. We hope to come again!.

Awesome stay!

Check in was a breeze. Marjorie is very communicative and friendly. The house is so spacious and the 'extras' such as the table tennis/pool table, board games, bikes, etc was such a big hit with the group. Everything went so smoothly the group is already talking about when we can stay here again! Thanks for a relaxing weekend!! Would recommend this place 100%...

Family Get Away

This was a wonderful property for all ages. We loved the lake which was very warm and clean. The grounds are wonderful for children to run and play. Ride their bikes on the circular driveway. And the treehouse and swings were a big hit for the Littles. We loved our time there. Thank you Marjorie

Great property

We stayed for a large family snowmobile trip (19 total adults/children). The property was perfect, it was clean, spacious, and stocked with all the necessary supplies one would need. There is plenty of parking for several vehicles and large trailers and the trails were easily accessible from the cabin. Communication was great, Marjorie quickly responded to any questions asked.

We are native Minnesotans who moved to California in 2003. I, Marjorie, grew up in neighboring Aitkin. Both my husband and I enjoyed the summers and the lakes of Minnesota and had both dreamed of owning a vacation property there someday. We have many family members and friends in Minnesota and this large home has been a wonderful place to gather.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Our vacationers love how it is mostly one level living, including the pool table and game room, which is visible from the kitchen so even those who are doing the cooking are part of the fun!

We stayed here as a vacation rental spot for our own family in Summer 2017. We absolutely fell in love with everything about the property, and knew this was where our dream would become a reality. The home is amazing, the lot it sits on is private and peaceful, the lake is so close you can talk to those on the dock from the balcony!! Furthermore, we enjoy this area because of the water activities, huge property and lot for our family to spread out in while there, restaurants and activities nearby if we want to get out, great golfing nearby. And, only two hours to get to from the Minneapolis airport. Great restaurants and golfing within 10 minutes!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The resident loon and eagles on this lake never fail to inspire us. Our property is around 2 acres filled with oak and pine trees and in a rural ,peaceful setting. Now that we own this home, we have made a few additions so our family and all the kids and adults alike will enjoy it even more including a pool table with a ping pong table overlay. Hours of fun, if the lake itself isn't already enough!!
