Located on the 4th floor of the HĂŽtel de la Falaise residence, this charming duplex apartment of approximately 44 mÂČ can accommodate up to 6 guests. Functional and welcoming, it enjoys a beautiful south-east exposure with unobstructed views of the mountains.

The living room features a dining area and a comfortable lounge â perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, fridge, dishwasher, filter coffee maker). The space opens onto a south-east-facing balcony offering peaceful mountain views.

- One master bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm)
- One childrenâs bedroom for 4, with three bunk beds and one pull-out bed (80x190 cm)
- One bathroom and one shower room with WC

The neighborhood has all the necessary shops for a successful stay, and the center of Avoriaz is only a 5-minute walk away.
The ski departure point allows easy access to various sectors of the Portes du Soleil ski area and provides direct access to the Super Morzine and Lil'Stash sectors, perfect for families and/or beginner skiers.
