Located on the 2nd floor of the Sequoia residence in Avoriaz, this renovated charming studio comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. Perfect for a practical and pleasant stay in the heart of the resort.
Living area :
After a few steps from the entrance, you will find an open-plan kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, combined oven/microwave, induction hobs, refrigerator) integrated into the main room. A bunk bed (2 beds 80x190 cm) is also located in this space.
The lounge, which can be separated by a sliding door, features a 140x190 cm sofa bed, a small fireplace and a TV. The South-East facing balcony offers a beautiful view of the mountains and the resort.

The Sequoia residence is one of the first residences in Avoriaz. It was built at the same time as the HĂŽtel des Dromonts, which is located a few meters away, and consists of 30 apartments designed on half-levels. It marks the turning point that leads to the Place des Dromonts and its recently renovated shops, including a bowling alley, restaurants, caterer, wine and deli shop, and ski shops.
Access to the Arare sector of the Portes du Soleil ski area is direct, allowing you to access other sectors or nearby Switzerland.
