Beautiful Private Cape Cod Home

First time rental was in 2021 and it was a great experience sharing my Cape Cod home with some lovely families. I have decided to share/rent my private home for only a few select weeks again in 2022. A guest reviewed it as " This house is a little slice of Heaven in Harwich!" . My home is only a few years old with all the modern amenities yet mixed with antiques which gives it plenty of Cape Cod charm. Family friendly open layout with gourmet kitchen and dining /family area . Four spacious bedrooms, three with additional child beds . You will love starting your day with coffee on the front farmers porch or ending it there with late day beverages. The back deck has comfortable furniture, dining table, and grill with a wooded view you will feel like you are in your own privated sanctuary. Very close to bike trail, Harwich center and Harwich Port, many excellent restaurants, several beaches and attractions. One week minimum rental Sat - Sat. Please contact me and tell me a bit about yourself and guests that are interested in staying.

Beautiful home ideal for family gatherings. Well appointed home with everything needed including beach chairs outdoor shower and lots of children’s toys. Great location convenient to town of Harwich Port, beach, restaurants etc. owner is very responsive and welcoming

Great !!

We had a wonderful vacation - explored the Cape and Nantucket - whale watched, seal watched, shopped - a great time. And, when each day was over, it was like coming home to our own comfy spot. Thank you so much for providing such a lovely place to stay. We were 3 generations - mom, daughter, and granddaughter !!

Perfect family holiday

A beautiful and impeccably clean home that provided a lovely summer holiday for our family. Owner couldn’t be more thoughtful and accommodating. We enjoyed every minute in her gorgeous home and created lots of fun and new Cape memories that will stay in our hearts forever.

Convenient + Beautiful Harwich Port Home

This home is not a typical rental. You feel like a guest at the home of a close friend who is not there -- but "is there" for anything you need. Joan is an amazing hostess! The bedrooms were amazing, all with beautiful sheets and super soft towels. Lots of fun little extra beds throughout the house if you have little ones visiting or staying. Many adorable nooks and crannies for kids and adults to play or curl up with a book. The living area is open with comfortable sectional, great TV and gas fireplace, and amazing gourmet kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The AC was awesome for the muggier days. The outdoor shower is really great as is the front lawn for corn hole and to hang on the porch with coffee or cocktails. The street is a busy one but it's safe enough with the yard and back deck that if you have little ones, you'll be fine. The garage is spacious and immaculate with lots of beach stuff that you can borrow. The washer drier is brand new and the nearby mudroom is great with lots of hooks. The house is close to the go carts and mini golf, etc. and to the grocery store and a few restaurants that you can walk to. Town is not far either if you wanted to walk a mile or so but it's easy to drive too and park in the municipal lot. Beach parking pass is reasonable $65 for the week. All in all a really relaxing place to stay and an incredible attentive and gracious hostess!
