Large and bright living room with sofa with access to porch , fully equipped kitchen both with fire place , three bathrooms, laundry and utilities room and garage. Upstairs a solar big room with gourgeouse landscape view of the the city Todi , have other two single sofa bed
The swimming pool have a solarium aerea with a lounge chair , ombrella and a sitting aerea with table and chair next by a barbecue aerea

It is situated five minutes drive from the nearer city of Todi and only fourty minutes drive to the nearest golf course San Anatolia and San Francesco Perugiaâs airport.
