Luxury Lake Front House with Community Pool GOLF CART FOR RENT

Located approximately an hour from Dallas, “IT WAS ALL A DREAM” provides the quick escape to the lake you’ve been looking for. Your home away from home, this house has it all: a covered patio, a gas firepit, a brand new dock with a swing, a fully appointed kitchen, and activities and games galore! Paddle board around the cove during the quiet morning. Use the water tubes provided to pull the kids (or adventurous adults) around the lake. And if you don't have a watercraft, tie the large floating mat to the dock and the kids will play for hours! In the evenings, watch the gorgeous sunset from the deck while cooking dinner on the gas grill. When you're not on the water, spend time playing ALL the games including: air hockey, table tennis, volleyball, badminton, whiffle ball, bean bags, put-put golf and horseshoes. Keep the fun times going inside where its cooler with a 2-player arcade, an old school Nintendo with 600+ preloaded games and every board and card game you can think of! Did I mention there is a community pool?! Just a quick walk, and an even quicker golf cart ride away!

Situated on a quiet cove (known for great fishing) in charming Enchanted Oaks, one of the best neighborhoods on the lake. Located next to the quiet community boat ramp which provides convenience if you are bringing your own watercraft. House parks 4 inside the gate and 2-3 outside the gate. Community has a pool (open Memorial Day - Labor Day) and a playground. Upscale dining, grocery and liquor store located within 6 miles!

Home was completely remodeled in 2018 and backyard updated and new dock built in 2022. House is meticulously maintained and cleaned. Primary bedroom is located on the first floor and the other two bedrooms are on the second floor, each bedroom has its own bathroom. High speed internet, living room has a smart TV and cable, smart TVs in all bedrooms. There’s even a desk with a large computer monitor if you have to work. Golf cart available for rent for $40 per day (must rent for the entire stay).

The place is perfectly appointed with everything you need. The owners were easy to communicate with and helped with anything we needed. The whole house is truly a perfect setup for a relaxing getaway.

Fun for the whole family

This cozy, beautiful lake home is perfect for families. We brought the entire family and everyone had a great time! They provide so many games suitable for all ages. We enjoyed tubing, jet skiing and swimming there at the dock! It was so fun and the place so nice. I highly recommend and hope to bring the fam back again very soon!

Birthday Getaway

This is the first time our family has ever rented a lake house before and that's exactly what I wanted to do for my milestone birthday celebration. This home was absolutely perfect for what we needed as we towed our boat there and having the boat ramp directly next to the property could not have been more convenient!! The home was so inviting, clean, cozy and comfortable. The arcade game was a huge plus for me too!! Almost forgot there was a lake out back, lol. Views were stunning from every room and so many places to sit outside and enjoy the views as well. We cooked all of our meals there and the kitchen was amply equipped with all we needed and then some. Paulette was such a pleasure to communicate with if we had any questions before and during our stay. Such a special place and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Longing to go back!!!!

Great vacation home!!

The house was absolutely fantastic! The decor is beautifully done and the set up is so cozy and comfortable! The kitchen is set up perfectly and we had everything we could possibly need! All of the bedrooms are extremely roomy and all of the beds were plush and comfortably! The deck is wonderful with plenty of sitting space for all! And the view…. Phenomenal! I loved waking up to see the sun shining on the water! We really enjoyed all of the games that were provided, especially the ping pong table and the air hockey! The hosts were always available and quick to respond to any questions we had! Just so very nice to us! It was a great surprise when we arrived to see a handwritten note welcoming us and a lovely bottle of wine! We have traveled to many cabins and houses together that we enjoyed but this adventure/house was above and beyond superior!

Wonderful lake house!

We enjoyed it so much I only wish we could have stayed longer! The house is so nice and so comfortable; just like home, but better! The house comes with all the activities and games you could want, air hockey, ping pong, basketball, put put golf, horseshoes, board games, fishing poles, an arcade machine and even a retro Nintendo with all the old games! The hammock was one of my favorite spots to read a book or take an afternoon nap. Watching the sunset from the deck or taking a golf cart sunset cruise with a cocktail was a must every night. And after the sun would go down we would end the night roasting smores on the firepit. I highly recommend renting the golf cart, we had so much fun driving it around and it was super convenient for the quick drive to the neighborhood pool. We trailered our boat, and the launch is right next door which was so incredibly convenient. There were even tubes available to use to take the kids tubing! The house is located in a charming little neighborhood and even the neighbors were friendly! The house was clean and well stocked with plenty of extras in case you forgot something. The owners were so helpful, they greeted us upon arrival and walked us through everything there was to know about the house and when we had any questions, they were super responsive. The convenience of getting there from Dallas was unbeatable, it took just over an hour and it was the perfect quick escape for a long weekend. We will go back again and again!

Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our family get away (ages 0-8). Paulette was a wonderful and responsive host. The property was modern and a great location! The lake and sunset views are amazing! Lots of activities on and off the water for all ages.
