A wonderful location and fantastic space for our family of 4 - Two teenagers / 2 parents. Laura provides great information for the area. We played table tennis in the nearby park with the bats and ball she provided. We didn’t try all her restaurant suggestions, but the ones we did try, Laura was spot on. Thank you.

Night time surprise

The balcony and views at night were our highlights. The kitchen is huge and the bathtub was a treat. Grocery is just below you by 1/2 a block and it’s easy to get to restaurants, Boulangerie, and transit.

Paris break

The flat was spacious and clean . Its location was really good - walking distance to Place Bastile and if you are a walker as we are then getting to many of the sights is doable . If not a walker there are several Metro locations to chose from depending on where you are going . The Pere Lachaise is so close and well worth a visit ! The only thing I wish was different was the freezer wasn’t for guests as full and it would have been nice to have some space for ice .

Amazing value!

We had a wonderful time here. The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, and the neighborhood is great - lots of excellent restaurants, but not too crowded. It’s pretty close to the metro, too. Laura was easy to communicate with. The living room has a nook area that she curtained off to become a third bedroom.I would happily stay here again!

Location of this apartment is terrific. Having the penthouse terrace and view of Sacre Coer, top part of the Eiffeltower and other famous buildings from there is very special. Communications with host were also easy, straight forward and you can sense that she wants for occupants to have a great time. Loved it and highly recommend!

Perfect! Just perfect!

Such a wonderful place to stay! We were stunned. It is an amazingly spacious apartment, quite close to the center of Paris, the next Metro station is just about 5 minutes on foot. The apartment is on the 7th floor (with a lift). It is nice and quiet, you hear next to nothing of the traffic. As it is the top floor you have a penthouse feeling with a large balcony giving you a beautiful view over Paris right up to Sacré Coeur and the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is very comfortably equipped and tip top clean. The best experience of all was our hostess. She was most welcoming, warmhearted and complaisant. We had a very friendly and helpful e-mail contact before our visit which continued during our stay to help us with any question or requirement we had. The best hostess we could have wished for. Thanks so much for all your help and consideration. We want to give you and your wonderful apartment our highest recommendations.

Amazing stay - thanks Laura!

We just returned from a long stay in Paris. I was there 6 nights, my daughter 3 nights and my sister and nieces 8 nights. To manage expectations - this is someone's apartment. If you are looking for the Ritz, Crillon or Georges V this is not the place for you. It has its tiny "wear and tear" imperfections - just like my own home. What you DO get is a spotless, large apartment with absolutely everything you need in a brilliant location. The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and appliances you will need (although Laura, did not remember to ask you about a coffee maker - we stuck with a jar of instant & loved going to the local cafés). Large bathroom with a tub/shower and plenty of very hot water and a washing machine. Good water pressure. There is no dryer, but unless you go to a laundry mat, you will not find a dryer in a French apartment/residence. The spin cycle is so thorough that your clothes are nearly dry when you take them out and there is a large drying rack. Very comfortable beds with good pillows/bedding. Towels are large and clean. Previous guests have left various supplies - some spices, toilet paper, paper towel, cocoa, coffee, jam, sugar, etc. Bedrooms (3x double beds) are a decent size. 2 are proper rooms and 1 is curtained off from the living room. All equipped with shelves, cupboards and lots of hangers. Rooms have proper shutters to make them dark at night. 2 lead onto the balcony which is amazing. You can see a part of the Eiffel Tower at night. It was quite rainy during our stay so we did not use the balcony a lot. There are 2 sets of keys so coming and going is a breeze. Seamless arrival. The building itself is quiet and you rarely meet neighbours. The best part of our stay was the information we received from Laura, our hostess. Laura sends very thorough instructions, tips & information on Paris & the area. She is available for any (and I mean ANY) questions or issues that come up. I had trouble with the tv and she offered to have someone come and show us how it worked (pretty sure it was something I was doing incorrectly). We had no time for tv so I did not spend time following up. Good Wifi (password reminder left in every room ;) The apartment is close to everything - subway, bus, groceries. Great access to the city - close to Bastille, Place des Vosges. We walked a good 25 000 steps a day. I highly recommend this accommodation and hope to come back. Thank you SO very much Laura!

Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble dans cet appartement mais avec 3 enfants dont un de 6ans la salle de bain et les repas dans la salle de sejour sont peu pratiques a organiser. La propriétaire se montre disponible à nos demandes d entretiens téléphoniques .On percoit qu 'il y a eu beaucoup de passages dans ce lieu..la vue sur le grznd balcon est belle

Great for families

We stayed for four nights with our twin twelve year old boys and it was perfect! They had their own beds and rooms and we had ours. After a ten hour flight and jet lag it was a dream to be received in such a comfortable clean space. Laura was incredibly responsive, kind, funny and keen to help us enjoy this magical experience. Groceries are close, transit easy and the balcony lovely with a great view. Could not recommend enough. Home away from home. Thanks again Laura!

Brilliant!

Our stay at Laura's place was extraordinary. Everything was perfect from the location, to the space, to the communication with Laura... we highly recommend her beautiful apartment located in an excellent spot to explore Paris (with access to three metro lines), which also offers the charm of a non-touristic neighbourhood with plenty of shops, restaurants and things to do. Laura took such great care of us and provided plenty of useful recommendations and tips. The apartment is very spacious and could comfortably accommodate our family of 6. We would come back without hesitation, this was a real treat!

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs agrĂ©able we prolongĂ© dans un quartier dynamique. L'appartement n'est certes pas neuf, mais il offre 3 espaces de couchage, avec une literie trĂšs confortable. Un coup de coeur pour la terrasse avec vue sur sacrĂ©-cƓur, place de la bastille, la tour montparnasse et la tour eiffel.... Laura s'est montrĂ©e trĂšs soucieuse de notre arrivĂ©e, et a rĂ©pondu Ă  toutes nos questions. Merci encore!

Également plusieurs possibilitĂ©s de mĂ©tros prĂšs de l'appartement aidant lors des dĂ©placements pour visiter les nombreuses attractions Ă  Paris et aux environs de Paris. Lage super, Wohnung renovierungsbedĂŒrftig

Die Kommunikation mit Laura war super, Check-In und Check-Out haben sehr gut funktioniert. Auch die Lage des Objekts war perfekt fĂŒr ein Paris-Wochenende. Leider war die Wohnung an sich eher spartanisch und das Bad und die KĂŒche renovierungsbedĂŒrftig. Wenn man keinen Komfort benötigt und keine Zeit in der Wohnung verbringt in Ordnung, aber leider auch nicht mehr.

Parfait séjour en plein centre de Paris

Super séjour en plein centre de Paris, le logement est spacieux, trÚs propre et avec tout le nécessaire. La terrasse est un vrai plus avec une trÚs belle vue sur les toits de Paris. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
