The apartment features a convertible sofa bed for 2, extremely comfortable bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a lounge area with TV and WIFI access.

On entering the apartment, you'll find :

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm.
For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €150 is required to access the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are reported.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette smell post-stay: €450.
Extra key service: reserved exclusively for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys: Fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Do not leave keys on the door or inside the apartment.
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Excessive noise may result in deposit deductions.
Please note we are not responsible for any construction noise within the building.

Internet Access:
Kindly refrain from unauthorized online activities. We are not liable for connection malfunctions.

Reservation Policy:
The minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult meeting the age requirement. No refunds will be issued if this rule is not followed.
