This beautiful 70's house, entirely renovated in a contemporary style and decorated with care by its owners, will welcome you for a stay in a calm and relaxing atmosphere!
The house features a large, bright living room, designed for conviviality, with a lounge/dining area and a modern, fully-equipped open kitchen (Senseo coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, etc.). The house has two large bedrooms, the first with a large double bed (160cm) and the second with two single beds (90cm). The house can also accommodate a fifth person on the sofa bed in the living room. The bedding is brand new and of excellent quality!
The house also has a full bathroom with a large, modern, brand-new shower and separate toilet.
Finally, the house is ideally situated in the center of its calm, relaxing garden, allowing perfect exposure depending on the time of day and the colors of the sky!

ïż« Housekeeping is rigorous and provided by a professional company.
All the comforts of a warm stay are provided on site. Household linen and towels are also fully provided. All you have to do is put down your suitcases and enjoy your stay!

You have access to all the accommodation except the garage (private to the owners).

A lively town center with local shops (bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacy, etc.) and a pizza kiosk just a few meters from the house.
The house is just a few minutes' drive from a major shopping area (Auchan supermarket, numerous stores and boutiques, bars and restaurants...).
The house is located in Fontaine-le-Comte, a large village just outside Poitiers. If you're travelling by car, it's best to do so.
The house is 15 minutes from Poitiers train station and 20 minutes from the Futuroscope park.
Cleaning is included in the price, so please respect the premises :)
All linen is provided on site (sheets, towels, kitchen towel, bath mat).
Strictly non-smoking accommodation, parties are also prohibited.
Internet connection and Wifi available throughout the accommodation.
