This vacation rental is located in Bay Creek Villas. Boats, trailers, and golf carts are not allowed.
Bay Creek pool is open seasonally and is generally closed from October - April.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Won’t use Vacasa again.

We loved Edisto island. The condo was cute but Vacasa failed terribly. Not one issue my family had while there was resolved by Vacasa. To shorten it down, apparently everything is the property owners fault and then you’re just left in the dark during your stay.

Fabulous Location and view!

Loved the location of the condo. It’s an easy walk to Pressleys restaurant and you can stroll the marina. Lots of beach parking available nearby. Small but cozy for a family of 4 or 5! Enjoyed our stay. Plan to return!

Great location

Condo was very clean, perfect size for 2 couples. Plenty of room, nice view of the marsh from the patio, and comfortable furniture. We did not utilize the kitchen but it seemed well equipped. The location was perfect for us as it provided marina access to the sport fishing boats. The area was very quiet at night, the restaurant on site was very good, and the staff at the marina were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

So so

Comfortable condo, but a bit jaded and in need of repair. Doors to balcony won’t lock. Living room window seals broken so water between glazing. Kitchen good. Bed comfortable. Would be lovely if updated.

nice stay, could have been cleaner

overall, great property, great location. noted that there was some history of water leaks, with paint peeling in corners of the living room. the space was cozy, but the floors were quite nasty. i ended up mopping the first day i was there; based on the results, it looks like that hasn't been been done lately at all. a bit of mildew in the master bath, in the tub, but nothing too bad. beds were comfy, AC was cold.

Weekend away

Only thing that would have made our stay better was more time. House is exactly as described- nice home feel with a view of the boats entering or leaving the marina. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
