Per the Edisto Beach Police Dept, due to this home's location on Palmetto Blvd, golf cart(s) cannot be driven to or from this property.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. edisto beach visit

clean but basic not much for kitchen utensils and pots and pans barely usable , beds are uncomfortable. very close to a busy road, Beautiful deck right on the beach a lovely beach and friendly people.

Like Home

We love Corrigan. We have rented it annually for over twenty years. The location is ideal, the view is wonderful. It's well maintained and updated regularly. We always feel like we're home when we walk in. We're so sad that we won't be able to come back - health issues will prevent it. We'd love to thank the owners for all the lovely times we've had at Corrigan. We've always looked forward to our time there.

Great location!

Could not beat the views and location! The house needs some basic updates like curtains for the front door window. We had to put up bed sheets to prevent the folks across the street from looking right inside. Had the same problem in the master bath, the blinds were broken, could not shut them. Had to use a towel. The master shower is extremely small even for a small person 5' 7". Very uncomfortable. Also, no salt/pepper or glasses in kitchen but plenty of mugs. These are little things but basic, low cost amenities (except for the shower) that you would expect for the price. We had a great time at Edisto and will be coming back but most likely in a different house.

It was just where we wanted to be with wonderful full view of the sea, hearing the ocean, walking on the beach, being able to share good times with Ruby the dog.

Nice Home ON The Beach

We thought that this house was fine. Great location as long as there are no major storms. A large part of the house has been redone - kitchen, bathrooms and floors - and that's all good. It would be nice to have a "dust buster on a stick" for easy vacuuming of all the sand that gets on the floor rather than the heavy vacuum that's there. Be sure to bring a bar of soap for the sink and/or shower. I have never seen such a small bar of soap in my travels worldwide. Our greatest complaint was there was no dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods, saran wrap, laundry soap, etc. Every other beach house we've ever rented had a small supply (e.g., 3 dishwasher pods) or things previous guests left behind.

Wonderful location. The back deck is right on the beach. We so enjoyed sitting there listening and watching the waves. The cottage was well equipped especially the kitchen. The cottage is worn in some areas and needs some TLC.
