Located 15 minutes walk from the town center of Brive in Corrèze, on the road to Turenne and Collonges la Rouge (15 minutes). Numerous places to relax and swim in the heart of green nature.
You will also discover the Lot Valley.

Housing
The studio includes:

- An open bedroom for two people with a 140x200 Simmons bed
- A 140x200 two-person convertible with a 20 cm thick mattress. Sheets are provided.

- Large wardrobe with plenty of storage.

- Kitchen equipped with a double ceramic hob, a hood, a washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a kettle.
We provide you with basic necessities upon arrival (coffee, tea, pasta, oil, sugar, etc.)
Possibility of ordering plancha charcuterie cheese, small bottle of champagne (40 euros for 2 people) when booking.


- 32-inch TV with Amazon Firestick TV including Amazon Prime Video, Canal+ Series, Disney+, Molotov TV to access all TV channels.

- Bathroom equipped with a toilet, a level shower with sliding door, a vanity unit with storage, an electric towel dryer.
Bathroom linen is provided.

- Balcony overlooking the garden with panoramic views of Brive

- Private terrace of 16 m2 with table, chairs and deckchair.


- Jacuzzi for 6 people with massage jets 1 hour max/day, no use after 9 p.m. Notify upon receipt of the greeting message.
