Newly renovated condo at Captain's Harbour tucked away in a quiet residential area, yet walking distance to 17 Bypass South, less than 10 minutes to airport, shopping, restaurants, multiplex theatre, golf, beach 3.7 miles. Direct Intracoastal waterway condo with access to spacious balcony from every room thru sliding doors, plus entry walkway balcony to sit out front. Outdoor Pool with 2 restrooms, tennis court, boat dock and ramp. Rent or bring boat-jet ski-kayak. Unit located on 3rd floor in middle of building with 2 elevators.
The space:
* Master bedroom w/walk in closet.
* Bidet in Master bathroom
* 2 ceiling fans
* Extra large stackable washer/ dryer in MBR closet w/laundry basket, folding dryer rack & clothes hanging shelf
* Large walk-in pantry in kitchen, built-in desk and chair for computer work
w/storage shelves above desk
* Electric heat/fireplace in living room along with recliner chair & two seater recliner couches
* Two flat screen televisions, stereo
* Push button keypad entry
Guest access:
* Parking for 2 vehicles per condo. Only one car under building allowed. If you have a second vehicle use our private lot. One vehicle space provided under the building. Parking decals need to be picked up from Jim at Premiere Management on weekdays only. His contact info will be left in your instruction packet on arrival. Submit a copy of your ID and vehicle plate numbers
*Amenity key will be left in condo, so you will be able to take a drip in the pool after you unpack. All parking stickers and keys must be returned upon departing or $25 fee per item is charged.
* Parking at the beach with a handicapped hanger is free. Meters
are plentiful and are clearly marked.

* Directions to condo from 17 Bypass South if coming from the north:
Turn on service road by America's Furniture before you reach the Market Commons Exit. At stop sign turn right on Harbour Town Rd. Take to end until you see Captain's Harbour Yacht & Tennis
Club ( 5 story building). Pull into parking lot. Elevators in middle of building.
If coming from the south: Get off at Market Commons exit. Turn left at light Make 1st right when you see Super 8
Motel. At stop sign turn left onto Harbour Town Rd. to Captain's
Harbour.

I am originally from New York and have been in S.C. since 1991. It has been a retirement property for me.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
I love being on the waterway. The ocean is nice but it can be boring. Here you can just sit on the large balcony and watch the beautiful yachts and sail boats pass by and wave to the local people on their floating boat craft. Bring your fishing rod, small boat, jet ski or kayaking gear and take advantage of this unusual community. Rentals are located nearby in Socastee by draw bridge. No storage in parking lot longer than 2 weeks at a time.

When I first saw the condo and walked in the front door I had the feeling I was on a boat. Water views from all 3 sliding doors. That is what made me purchase it. Blackout drapes are on all the windows if you want to steep late.
