4 rooms of approximately 110mÂČ for 8 to 9 people maximum; located on the ground floor without elevator of a small residence of 2 apartments with access via a small slope outside. It has a full-level terrace facing east (not cleared of snow in winter).
Living room - Dining room with magnificent views of the northeast-facing valley has a fireplace (unclosed fireplace and wood available on site), with 2 sofas and television.
Separate rustic equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, traditional oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, raclette and fondue sets, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washer-dryer.
BEDDINGS:
- 1 Bedroom-En suite with double exposure has superb views with a "Queen size" bed (160 cm) and its adjoining bathroom with bathtub and double sink.
- 1 âJuniorâ bedroom with 2 bunk beds (80 cm) + 1 trundle bed.
The high bed is not suitable for a child under 6 years old.
Has its own bathroom with bathtub in the hallway on the ânightâ side.
