Ranch style house with two bedrooms upstairs and full bath. Large open concept dining, kitchen and living room. Full finished basement with family room that has a pull out couch, basement bedroom and full bath. Laundry room in basement. NO PETS.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here with everything provided you could possibly need. The space was so nice for our family with plenty of room to cook and relax! It is close to the state park and marina also. We will definitely be back!

Family gathering

Had adequate kitchen supplies. Bedrooms furnished nicely. Spacious kitchen and living areas. Did not see futon.

Weekend Stay

My husband & I and two of our adult kids with their spouses stayed for the weekend. It was very handy & within a mile or so of the campground where we were to meet up with others. It was very spacious & had everything we needed. Bedrooms were a bit small, but again very good for what we needed. And more than enough room in the living room area, both upstairs & downstairs. Overall--we'd stay there again!

Yankton vacation home

We enjoyed the house very much! Being close to the water was wonderful! It was great having two levels in the house where you could go to relax! The house was very clean and had everything we could want! Very enjoyable stay!

Comfortable

Nice location near the reservoir. Comfortable, clean house with plenty of room for our family of five. We stayed there while waiting for our house in South Dakota to be ready to move into as we were relocating to this part of the country.
