This is a well kept ranch home close to the Bill Nicholls trail for all of your snowmobile and atv fun. South Range is a historic mining town that is only 5 minutes to Houghton and about 10 minutes to MTU. There are also Lake Superior beaches within a 20 minute drive. This house has a well stocked kitchen, bath towels and bedroom linens. There is high speed internet with WiFi and Hulu for TV. The tv is a smart tv that you maybe able to log into your streaming service.

Property was clean and spacious, check-in was a breeze. Access to the garage was a great bonus and allowed us to dry out inflatable kayaks and SUP before packing up.

This house was the nicest on the block. House and yard were very nice.Location was perfect for day trips up the peninsula and down to the Porcupine Mountains.

Small town hospitality

The house was just what we needed, we were in town to visit family, house was close enough to enjoy houghton but far from the city traffic. We had our family over for dinner and we had enough room for everyone around the large dining room table. Which was nice because most rentals we stay at have enough room for 2 maybe 4 around the table it was nice to feel like we were home for just a week. Definitely will be staying again!

Beautiful Keweenaw Peninsula

The property is exactly as listed. It was very clean. The house was cozy, beds were comfy and it’s in a quiet community. We appreciated the simple, clean decor of the home with a toddler in tow. The owner was prompt to reply and super helpful with suggestions in the area. The check in process was very easy as well! We would stay there again, and highly recommend Jeff’s property!

Comfortable home near Houghton

Great location near Houghton and Lake Superior. The home was clean and comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and check out.

Close to MTU

We had a great stay while visiting our son during Winter Carnival. Plenty room for us to enjoy evenings together after a busy day of snow activities.
