Detached private house on the wonderful Hellenic sea.
A beautiful and comfortable private house, typical of the Peloponnese region and newly renovated, on the Greek sea (5 to 7 meters from the sea depending on the tides): a heavenly place in the south of Europe in an increasingly popular holiday destination yet still away from mass tourism, for perfect relax.
A whole house, on one floor, completely independent, located directly on the Ionian sea: just open the door on the terrace side, walk a few steps and swim in the most beautiful Mediterranean crystal blue water, in a heavenly place in the south of Europe: an increasingly popular holiday destination yet still away from mass tourism. Perfect relax, real great holiday.

One sleeping-room with big double bed with canopy of archaic Greek style, wardrobe with clean blankets and towels available, included in price.
One entrance room with tourist maps and a trunk with sea masks and other swimming equipment.
One living-room with dining table, television with satellite, old-style traditional fireplace and one sofa-bed for two people.
One brand new kitchen (completely renovated in November 2019), equipped with fridge & freezer, oven & glass ceramic cooktops, dish-washer, dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery, pans and pots and all is needed for cooking, floor with artistic tiles, and a washing machine for your clothes.
One brand new bathroom (completely renovated in June 2018) with washbasin, toilet, bidet, and a big shower 115x75 cm.
A large covered terrace with a breathtaking and unmatched view right on the sea, with the Parnassus mountain, where Delphi is located, directly in sight on the other side of the Gulf of Corinth.
This cute little villa is perfect for couples, for families with 1-2 children, for small groups of good friends looking for a nice place for fun sea and sun, and for anyone that wants to relax in direct contact with the blue waves or that needs a comfortable base for their explorations of the nearby awesome archaeological and historical places (to name just a few: Olympia, Epidaurus, Corinth, Sparta, Mycenae, Nafplio, Mani... and Athens is at only 120 Km distance on a fully serviced new highway).
In the nearby villages, you can get anything you may need, food and drinks, supermarkets, internet service, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, banks, post office, etc... And of course beaches on all the wonderful coast, mountain and forest journeys in the inland.
