This apartment is designed with an open-plan kitchen. Dining and living areas. Featuring a double couch bed, perfect for relaxing in the evening.
If you love cooking, the kitchen is equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to whip up some yummy meals.
The bedroom is a delightful space furnished with a heavenly double bed, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
At the same time, the bathroom contains all the essentials you'll need; fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.
Note: The apartment is situated on the 4th floor with no elevator.
Guests will have access to the entire home!
We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Shoppers head to the Galeries Lafayette and Printemps department stores and the old-world covered passages along the Grand Boulevards. In hip South Pigalle, gourmet restaurants give way to intimate museums that include the Musée Gustave Moreau.
You'll have no trouble getting around town by car or public transport. This apartment is within walking distance of the Magenta - Maubeuge - Gare du Nord Bus stops and BarbĂšs - Rochechouart commuter station, while Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is just 23.2km away.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a âŹ300 smoking fee at a minimum.
