Welcome to this AMAZING NEW in 2022 4500 ft2 LAKEHOUSE featuring 9 bedrooms, 9 ½ bathrooms, golf cart April through October, and 2-story dock in the most secluded cove on Norris Lake. Seas the Day has an incredible view of Norris Lake from the popular Lakeside Estates gated community next to the Cedar Creek Jumping Bridge. This home is perfect for everyone – families spending quality time together, friends getting away from the hustle and bustle of life, and team building for businesses.
The top floor boasts vaulted ceilings over a relaxing living room, dining area and well-equipped kitchen, including a 5-burner stove, double oven, microwave, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and an oversized granite island, along with two king master suites. Snuggle up next to the double-sided fireplace in the living room or on the deck for a relaxing evening.
The quiet middle floor includes two more king master suites, two family bedrooms with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds and adjoining bathrooms, laundry facilities, and a soothing living area with couches and a tv.
The bottom floor sports two bunkrooms with four beds and a bathroom each, a queen bedroom suite, and a large game room with a 65” TV area, shuffleboard, ping pong and a wet bar. Watch your favorite team while winning one of the many games.
If that’s not enough, each floor walks out to a 500 ft2 covered deck to enjoy amazing views of the lake and mountains, a hot tub on the bottom floor, a double-sided fireplace and extra-large grill on the top floor. The back yard is made for entertaining with a firepit and cornhole area. The 2-story dock with slide includes tables and chairs to relax or have a meal and sits at the midway point of the one-mile-long gentle cove-perfect for family swimming, floating, kayaking and paddleboarding.

Everything went perfectly! We did not have a hard time finding anything. The house is very spacious and we didn’t ever fee crammed or like there wasn’t enough space for everyone. The double fridge and dishwasher was a game changer for this big group!

Family Fun!

Seas the Day was perfect for our large group of 22 family members. We had ages from one to 76! Management was quick to respond & very nice! Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, wonderful decks, fully stocked kitchen & supplies. We could not have had a better stay!!!

We had a wonderful stay for our family reunion. The place was clean and in great condition. The kids loved playing on the first floor & everyone loved the top deck & view. The kitchen was perfect for fixing meals for our extended family. We spent much time on the dock, in the water, & on the boat we rented. There were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. It is a steep walk up/down to the dock (not everyone felt great about using the golf cart on the path), but everyone managed to walk & enjoy time at the lake. For those who couldn't walk as easily, someone would drop them off at the boat ramp, where there was a flat path to our dock entrance. Management was also very responsive to any questions/concerns we had.

Awesome house

The house was immaculate and clean when we arrived. We were also able to check in a little early which was great because we came down the night before. This is easily the most well equipped stay I’ve been to. Kitchen was fully stocked, utensils, plates, foil, Tupperware, anything you could need that isn’t a specialty appliance. They even had firewood chopped, propane, and gasoline for the golf cart. The golf cart has plenty of ass to get 3 averaged sized people and a cooler up the hill. Walk takes about 7-8 minutes and it’s steep. But it’s manageable, don’t forget anything at the house. 3 balconies are great, dock is nice too. We had a group of 10 (5 couples) and the house was more than enough. We didn’t even use the bottom floor. There’s a connected bathroom in every bedroom, plenty of parking out front. Really an excellent vrbo.

Late Family Christmas get together

Beautiful home and setting. We did not notice that sheets weren't on the bed and everybody was having to make beds after midnight. One of the King beds had Queen sheets. We had to make do for the night and it was suckling resolved the next day

Family Thanksgiving

Our multigenerational family had great stay at Seas the Day. Everyone had plenty of space, and the multiple refrigerators, dishwashers and ovens were especially helpful. The hosts were easy to communicate with and we were very happy that we chose to spend our Thanksgiving holiday at this location.

Family Vacation

We had a wondrrful family vacation. The house is very nice and beautiful. Our favorite place to hang out was the spacious deck on the first floor. The water pressure in the bathroom showers were slow and the only other issue we had was the location of the dock was a little deceiving. Overall it was a great vacation! .

We absolutely loved Seas The Day! The house was perfect for our large family. Our adult kids and our grandkids joined us - spacious, well equipped, BEAUTIFUL! Beautiful home

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! Besides a broken ping pong table, the only negative was the golf cart provided for the very long, treacherous trek to the dock/lake. The older members of our group were unable to physically walk the extreme incline/decline hills with the narrow, uneven & partially gravel path. The golf cart was clearly very old and unsafe. We had to jump off and grab the side more than once to prevent it from tipping and rolling down the hills (the tires are old and designed for a nice flat golf course, not "off-roading"). We also had to push the golf cart partially up the hill several times because it just couldn't make it and it even rolled back onto my sister's leg causing a huge painful bruise! This golf cart is not just an inconvenience; it is truly unsafe and scary.

Seas the Day was amazing!

"We recently had the most amazing stay at this beautiful lake house with a group of 23 people, and it exceeded all our expectations! The location was perfect, offering serene views and a peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was brand new and impeccably clean, with gorgeous decor that added to the charm of the space. One of the highlights was the ample space the house provided - we never felt crowded with our large group. The layout was perfect, with three separate living rooms equipped with TVs, ideal for everyone to relax and hang out. The host was incredibly responsive, addressing any queries promptly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The amenities at the house were fantastic; from the variety of board games to the ping pong table in the game room, there was no shortage of entertainment options. We also loved spending time on the three spacious porches, enjoying the outdoor fireplace and fire pit. The kitchen was a dream, spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for cooking meals for our group. It had everything we needed and more. We are already planning our next trip back to this wonderful place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. My husband and I love to travel. After over five years visiting Norris Lake, we decided to build our own VRBO home for others to enjoy. We have a married daughter in North Carolina and two sons at home with us in Indiana. We love to experience life with our family and friends, but staying in hotel rooms gives a feeling of distance, not togetherness. As we continue experiencing this world, we want to spend quality time with our loved ones in a more intimate setting. As we venture into the future we desire to purchase additional properties that will provide that same warmth.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Throughout our travels our most memorable have been with a large group of friends and family at Norris Lake. The lake is gorgeous with the vast majority of shoreline being undeveloped. We enjoy boating to a cove and anchoring down for an entire day with no interruptions or play on the water with water skis, tubes and surf boards.
We designed the house to have activities for all ages - snuggling inside or outside by the double-sided fireplace on the top level; relaxing on the middle level; playing ping pong, shuffleboard, cards or board games on the bottom level while watching your favorite sports game or relaxing outside in the hot tub; and including several locations outside to enjoy the outdoors however you would like.
