Beautiful updated home! Located at the 1 MM of the Big Niangua. Out our cove & you are at THE FOUR CORNERS of the lake giving you easy access to all Arms! Located on private Libby Cove around the corner from The Cove,& Larrys. Close to Captain Ron’s, Margaritaville, and Fish and Company. Drive right up to house on a paved road w/plenty of parking! Adorable home w/wall of windows overlooking lake in a private cove perfect for relaxing! NO NEIGHBORS ACROSS LAKE! Enjoy private dock for swimming, fishing, or sunbathing. Utilize SWIM pad, floats, rafts and fishing poles for a fun filled stay at the lake. House includes enormous Master & master bath that lead out to deck overlooking water, a 2nd King bedroom, another guest room that leads out to huge deck w/a bunk bed & day bed that pulls out w/extra trundle, and a Bonus bedroom that’s private & has a futon for 2. All Mattresses are brand new! Big updated kitchen that opens up to family room with a L-shaped sofa(seats 10) & loveseat. WiFi is free! TV is connected by internet-FREE NETFLIX! Blue Ray player and a array of movies for kids & adults. House does have stairs.

House includes huge 2nd story deck off of Master & guest room. Ample space for eating or reading a book! Patio is covered w/seating for 6, a porch swing, and a Bar w/seating for 4. Fire pit to roast marshmallows. Martini deck, includes gas grill and extra seating for the perfect end to the perfect day! Total seating for 12 outside. SEVERAL MARINAS CLOSE BY FOR BOAT/JET SKI RENTALS. 10 min. from HAHA TONKA NATIONAL STATE PARK(Hiking is amazing), 10 min form Osage Beach for outlet shopping, go carts, put put golf, 5 min from Sunrise Beach. Personal boat slip not provided, we have cleats for you to tie up and anchor on side of dock.

Relaxing and comfortable

We enjoyed the home and the lack of stairs to get to the dock. On a busy holiday weekend the cove was calm waters allowing us to swim and float. The drop off and pick up of the boat was very convenient. We would definitely rent this property again.

Girls Ozark trip

The house decoration was nice. Nice suze bathrooms. Not enough toilet paper was left for 7 women. The furniture was nice. The outside patio needs a good cleaning. We had to clean the outside patio furniture off to sit on it.

Family Fun

Wonderful lake house, close to our boat slip at Mariners Pier 31. We swam off the dock, the lily pad float was fun for all. Accommodations inside and outside are very nice and updated, A/C worked perfect as it was quite warm outside. Thanks Jennifer, can’t wait to come back! Kevin & Cindy

This was our first use of the service. Probably the main dislikes were all the extra fees i,e cleaning. Thought the rate for cleaning was pretty high. Will we use the service again, maybe.

Nice lakefront home

The property is attractive and comfortable. Only complaints were refrigerator needs to be set to cooler temp to accommodate being filled. Took 24 hrs for ice cubes to freeze. The temp controls were locked. Also, the sliding glass door to the deck off the bedroom does not lock, creating a security risk.

Dad's Trip!

The location was great, the house had steep stairs and no listing of that. The bedrooms and living room and bathrooms were clean. The outside furniture was older with most chairs having tears and holes in them. The outside bar looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The so called outside sound system was not hooked up and I texted how we could get it hooked up, she never replied. The sad part is that the owner / manager was absolutely terrible at communication. We sent messages and was told they would answer their cell phones but never did!! The wi fi never worked properly and was a joke and the sad part was I sent her an email a month before explaining why we needed to know if it would be available and didn't hear back till we were there on our second day. The book with the information was a worthless, it stated that they had Netflix not true. I have been trying to get an answer from the owner for a week and not a word. We left something very important to my sister there and like I said not a word in response. I know why she is not a well rated owner. Sad part is all she had to do was answer the phone.

Great Lake Weekend

This house is great for a lake weekend. The property is close (by boat and land) to a lot of bars and restaurants. The cove is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. We had a great time swimming off the dock. The house itself is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Comfy beds, plenty of linens, and lots of indoor and outdoor seating. I had great communication with the owner both before and during our stay. We had a great time and I’d recommend this house to anyone!

Fun weekend getaway

My friends and I had a blast, the cove is pretty private and there’s plenty of space on the outside deck to relax. This is about 30 min from Osage beach but there are Ubers in the area. You will likely need to set up a hotspot at some points due to the internet at the lake, but the host was sure to include that info beforehand. Jennifer was very communicative and accommodating and we would be happy to stay again in the future.

Little things

There were a couple of minor things that can be corrected to improve our stay. There were several light bulbs and light fixtures that were not working. The refrigerator also takes a long time to cool down. We had brought a large amount of groceries with us, and after four hours the refrigerator was closer to room temperature. We removed all of the perishables and put them in coolers with ice and checked the refrigerator again in the morning and it had cooled down by then. The owner did respond promptly when we had questions about the refrigerator. The location is good. The house is near the end of a narrow cove, which meant less boat traffic and a good place to float and hang out in the water.

Family Lake Vacation

We had a great week at the lake with our kids and their grandparents! The house had everything we needed for the week. House was clean, maintained, and decorated nicely! The only minor inconvenience was slowness of WiFi, but helped encourage us to spend more time enjoying the lake. We would rebook!

Great location!

House was fantastic, had a little issue with toilet overflow one day. Owners were quick to respond and take care if the issue within one day, on a holiday no less. Great communication and no plans were interrupted. Neighbors were so friendly and even gave us some BBQ ribs one night! We rented a boat for 2 days went tubing and waterfront restaurants, went rafting on the niangua River, ate a fantastic meal at JB hooks, fished every day and swam on the Lilly pad everyday. Not great internet but that meant we were able to play family games almost every night. Yea, the 10 year Olds now know how to play Texas hold em 🤣😂 great place, would recommend to everyone. Thanks Peter's family!

Absolutely Perfect

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The house was beautiful and meticulously clean. Very comfortable accommodations. Outside areas were also comfy and we spent the majority of the time on the pack patio, the weather was perfect. All interactions with the host were prompt and curtious. Cove was peaceful with a senic view. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
