Chalet Kinou, located at an altitude of 1450m, benefits from an incredible view of the Espace Diamant mountain circus. You will be seduced by its calm environment, its terraces including one with jacuzzi and its numerous facilities including the ski room. The chalet is organized on three levels, with five bedrooms, ideal for accommodating between 10 and 12 travelers. This chalet benefits from a superb location with a supermarket, restaurant and sports store right next door. Departure on skis possible when the snow permits and ski bus stop at the back of the chalet, it is ideally located, 20 minutes from MegĂšve and 15 minutes from Les Saisies.

- A living room with a beautiful dining area opening onto the terrace, a kitchen equipped with a three-burner induction hob, an oven, a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and wine cellar. The living room area is warm with its fireplace and television. The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace with a jacuzzi facing the mountains and its friendly outdoor table with chairs. - A pantry with freezer

- Two bedrooms with double bed and their bathrooms: shower, one with balcony offering a beautiful mountain view On the lower level
On the ground floor :

Chalet Kinou is a magnificent individual chalet, completely new, located opposite the Lachat ski bus stop, and in the immediate vicinity of the Bellecombe-Mont Rond connecting slope, with a possible ski-in/ski-out departure when the snow permitting. The village center is 5 km away. In winter and summer season, supermarket and restaurant next to the chalet.

Notre Dame de Bellecombe is made up of several hamlets, each with their own particularity. Le Lachat is a very sunny area and a gateway to the Espace Diamant for good skiers. Be careful, car essential.
