Discover our superb fully-equipped villa, perfect for family getaways or trips with friends, close to the Loire Valley Castles and ZooParc de Beauval (50km), between Tours and Amboise. Enjoy convivial spaces, a heated pool, terrace, garden, games, and master suites with jacuzzis.

70mÂČ living/dining room with home cinema, projector, large screen, and Orange TV box
Fully-equipped open kitchen with American fridge, electric and microwave ovens, coffee makers (regular and Nespresso), kettle, toaster, and stovetop
Bathroom with shower, sink, and washing machine
Separate toilet
- First floor:
2 bedrooms with 160x200 beds and private balneotherapy bathrooms
2 bedrooms with double beds (160x200 and 140x190)
Small landing lounge with a single bed
2 separate toilets accessible to all
The upper floor is accessible by two staircases, including a spiral one (which may be difficult for young children or people with reduced mobility).
Enjoy a beautiful 600mÂČ garden:
Large terrace with outdoor kitchen, charcoal barbecue, dining table, and garden furniture
Above-ground heated pool (5.50m x 3.55m x 1.20m) from early June to mid-September
Protected access to La Brenne river, offering a peaceful view
Table tennis and free-to-use games available
The gĂźte is rented as a single unit, with no shared spaces. Exclusive use for renters only.
Check-in is from 4 PM to 7 PM by appointment, check-out is by 10 AM (12 PM on Sundays, subject to availability). Early check-in (from 2 PM) or late check-out (until 4 PM) available for a âŹ50 supplement.
A âŹ500 security deposit via credit card imprint and proof of holiday insurance are required.
Bed linen and towels are not included: bring your own or rent (double bed kit âŹ25 including towels for 2 people / single bed kit âŹ20 including towels for 1 person, beds not made on arrival).
Tea towels and basic groceries provided.
Le Clos de la Brenne is located in a village center. Parties are allowed, respecting neighbors and noise regulations.
Ideally located in the peaceful village of Chançay, in the heart of Touraine between Tours and Amboise, perfect for exploring the region's beauty.
Chançay is known for its Vouvray white wine producers. Enjoy delicious Touraine cuisine and exceptional local wines.
Amboise train station is 15 minutes by car (taxis available).
A10 motorway: ChĂąteau-Renault (exit 18) and Tours-Nord (exit 19) are 15 minutes away.
