Located on the ground floor of a cottage, it consists of a lovely 18 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom, and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 1,000 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic) included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- An 18 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed...
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom (with shower) and toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A terrace of approximately 7×3m with furniture
- A 6×3m heated swimming pool shared with a second cottage, open from April to October with a safety device
- An enclosed garden shared with a second cottage, measuring 1000 m² with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The apartment is ideally located in Montreuil-Bellay, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
