Superb location

+. Great location, wonderfully decorated, nice view, owner great communication. Everything you needed was there. - Too many stairs (3 stories, recent double knee replacement). No bathroom on living room level. No A\C the first.the first night..repaired the next day…

The entire complex needs updating ——- all the door mats were very worn and the mats inside in this unit, especially kitchen, really old. Could use updated decor, but I realize the price was lower than others.

This was the second time we have stayed in Barbara’s condo and we love it! The view is amazing, the location is perfect. Walking distance to everything. Barbara is a great host and answers any questions very quickly. The condo is well equipped. Couldn’t ask for more!

Beautiful location. Easy access to all the restaurants and shops. So close to beach and the pool was awesome . Can’t wait to stay there again. The stairs were the only thing we didn’t like . Anyone with mobility problems would be in trouble.

Beach getaway with friends

This condo was perfect for our group of 4. The view of the pool, palm trees and beach were spectacular! Even better from the master bedroom. We just sat out on the deck and soaked it in. The condo was stocked well. We made a stop at the Piggly Wiggly on the way in for provisions. It was a quick walk to the beach, pool and walking distance to anything in the town center. Loved every minute here!

Wonderful stay. We loved the easy-going atmosphere on the island and the golf cart riding. The condominium was stocked with everything we needed and then some. The beds and furniture we’re comfortable and the balcony view of the ocean was absolutely amazing. We loved the pool and the short distance to the beach. We will be back as soon as we can.

Too many steps..I should have done my homework better...have to go up stairs just to use bathroom. Maintenance.. Kitchen sink handle loose..Commode loose in small bath..air cond issue in small bedroom...hot too cold..maybe thermostat..never seemed to not match reading on thermostat. No spare light bulbs ...had ants in kitchen. Also directions you posted for me...go to 8th and turn left, left again and look for white bldg with green trim on right..try it. see how that works. Go to 3rd turn left, left again and look for tan or ivory bldg with blue trim on rt.is what you need. Bright side.. good view and we had a good week with my brother..enjoyed stay. Electronic door lock is wonderful. I would use it again.

They were evaluating St George Island the day we were to start our vacation. The owner keep us updated on the storm, we were able to get in the next day. St George Island is a beautiful vacation spot. I will be going back soon.

Great beach getaway!

We had a wonderful time at this condo! The host really went out of their way to accommodate us. The condo is fully stocked and very comfortable. This condo provides more than your typical rental and definitely makes you feel at home! The host is very sweet! The location is perfect. We will definitely be back! Don’t hesitate to book this place. You will love it!

Great location

We enjoyed the location of this property and the proximity to the water. However, the place was not clean and that went for pretty much every room, refrigerator included. The cleaning person also left only two bath towels when we were supposed to have six sets of towels. There was a big brown mark on the sheets so we asked that he also bring clean sheets and he brought the wrong size sheets. It made for a frustrating start to our vacation. He offered to clean the place but we were already there and didn’t want him around. That’s supposed to happen before we arrive.

the area is delightful and has character. enjoyed the beach, shopping, Apalachicola and the quinteness of the area. The weather that week was not great; too windy, too wavy in the ocean to catch fish. Loved the state preserve at the end of island

Our condo is located in a building with only 2 other units and a complex with only 42 units total. We love the view of the ocean from the deck off the living room and the bedroom. The beach is beautiful and what sold us on St. George is the Old Florida atmosphere and the lack of crowds on the beach and at the pool. We have comfortable furnishings and the best cleaning crew on the island!
