Spacious two bedroom, three full bathroom condo overlooking the 18th hole at Dunmaglas Golf Course. Conveniently located between Charlevoix, Petoskey and Boyne City. Just minutes away from many of Michigan's finest restaurants, shops, lakes and golf courses, including Dunmaglas. Condo is approximately 1,500 square feet with balcony overlooking 18th green. Just steps away from our rustic event barn. Free wifi included. Multiple units available, perfect for larger groups!! Actual unit may differ from picture, but all units are same size/layout. Please provide bed configuration preference in your inquiry/booking.

Nice accommodations in Charlevoix

Our Dunmaglas Golf Course property was great for our large group. Our rental had 2 side "sleeping units" with a "common center unit" where the kitchen, living room and dinning room are. A bathroom in each "unit" was perfect for this many people. A very nice accommodation.

Great for certain groups

I didn't receive check in information so I contacted the host. A woman from the pro shop called me and left a voicemail to tell me what the check in procedure was. On the day of check in, I went to the pro shop as directed, but it was locked and no one was there. Luckily, I had the woman's phone number from her earlier voicemail- she came to open the pro shop to give me the keys to the condo. (She was very nice.) I was also glad I had her phone number because there was no welcome sheet in the condo with instructions re: check out or the WIFI password, etc., which I thought was odd. I called and texted the woman to get the WIFI password and also messaged the owner (he sent me the passwords right away). The condo exterior is worn/older. The stairwell leading to the upper floor has old, stained carpet that was damp in places, but the worst part was the overwhelming, horrible smell of perfume or cleaner or air freshener. It would be overwhelming for people with any sensitivity to strong scents. Once in the condo, the main room also had that smell, though not as strong- I found the culprit, which was one of those plug-in air fresheners in the living room. The condo itself was so spacious and perfect for what we needed (beds to sleep in/a place to rest between locations). The kitchen doesn't have much if you are planning to cook (we didn't). I could see a group of friends staying here to golf or in the winter if you are skiing in the area. The view of the 18th hole is lovely and the back deck is quiet. I sat outside for a bit but then I noticed several hornets going in and out of the wood railing so I went inside. The beds were actually quite comfortable and having three bathrooms was great!

Family getaway

Exterior appeared worn and unkept. Was pleasantly surprised at interior cleanliness and amenities (other than tube tv in main living space that we had problems with cable). The area was quiet with views of golfers on the 18th hole. A nice quiet paved road was right next door for walks. About 10-15 minutes from any city and grocery . Only complaints were the courses sprinkler running from 3-4am the first night across the back of the condo which was corrected that day and we were offered burgers and hotdogs for the lack of sleep. The last night we left on a light in the bathroom for kids to see and when we woke up there were a large amount of gnats in the bath mirror. Overall, a large spacious condo with plenty of room for 8 comfortably .
