This mountain-style residence is 300 m from the ski lifts, 300 m from the start of the cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails, 250 m from the sports centre and 200 m from all the resort's shops, all in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the snow front.

The flat is located on the first floor facing south, with access via the stairs or lift. With its double aspect, the flat is bathed in sunshine from morning until late afternoon, with a breathtaking view of the Pic de Bure.

The flat has a large balcony with direct access to the ground floor.

With a total surface area of 43.6m², the flat has been restored in the mountain style with larch wood cladding throughout.
It comprises
- a mountain area (with 2 bunk beds) in the entrance hall,
- a bedroom with 1 double bed,
- a second bedroom with a double bed and a single bunk bed.
- The lounge has a sofa bed (sleeps 2).
- The kitchen area includes a ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, citrus squeezer, raclette machine, kettle and plenty of storage space.
- The lounge area is equipped with a radio and Bluetooth, LCD TV (with DTT), numerous board/card games and reading material.
- A large bathroom/WC with bath and plenty of storage space, including a drying rack for your ski boots.
- A Dyson hoover and various household products are also available.

The flat sleeps 7 people (9 if you use the sleeping area in the living room, with the landlord's permission).
Free wifi is available throughout the resort.
The 4g network is very good and accessible from the flat.
Duvets in each bedroom and electric roller shutters complete the facilities.
The locked, individual ski locker is on the lower floor (accessible by lift or on foot).
