Situated on the 1st floor with an elevator, this modern and tastefully decorated 30m² apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris!

Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable double couch bed, a wide-screen smart TV for watching all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential utensils for preparing your meals: a microwave, a ceramic hob, an extractor hood, and a built-in fridge and freezer. You will also find a kettle, a Nespresso machine, and a toaster. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. A wardrobe with hanging space is provided for you to organize your belongings and make you feel at home.

The bathroom is equipped with a basin, a heated mirror to prevent fogging after the shower, a very spacious shower, and wall-mounted toilets. A built-in washing machine and a heated towel rail are also available.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Clichy is a vibrant suburb located just a few kilometres northwest of Paris, making it a convenient and accessible destination for travellers. Known for its rich industrial history, Clichy blends old-world charm and modern developments. The area is popular with locals and tourists, offering a diverse cultural scene, bustling markets, and picturesque parks. Visitors can explore the iconic Montmartre district nearby, visit the impressive Saint-Ouen flea market, or enjoy a stroll along the Seine River. The best time to visit Clichy during the week is generally mid-week when the crowds are smaller, providing a more relaxed atmosphere to explore the neighbourhood's attractions.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Mairie de Clichy, is just a 3-minutes walk.

CDG airport is approximately a 25-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
