Located on the 1st floor without elevator, the accommodation comprises:
- bedroom with double bed
- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen
- a shower room ;
- and a lounge area with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out.
You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and its location close to all amenities.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including : Coffee machine, Oven, Microwave, Television, Washing machine, Refrigerator...
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is conveniently located close to everything. It's a 4-minute walk from the Mur des Je t'aime, a 6-minute walk from the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre, a 12-minute walk from the Musée de la Vie romantique, and many other must-see places. You'll find plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. For everyday essentials, there's a Franprix supermarket just a 7-minute walk away.
You'll be well served by public transport, all of which is close by. The Abbesses (line 12) and Anvers (line 2) metro stations are a 3-minute walk away, and the Gare du Nord is just a 15-minute walk away.

## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability.
