Building offers private beach, private pool, fitness center, sauna, business center, meeting spaces, restaurant and two bars. Located within a short distance of all of Miami's hottest neighborhoods and nightlife. $35 daily resort fee paid at property which includes towels, umbrellas and beach chairs. Parking is valet only and it is $35 daily to be paid at property.
