The flat is located in Rue Baptiste Monnoyer on the first floor of a typical Lille building: it comprises a living room with dining area and fitted kitchen, a 140 x 200 double bed on a mezzanine floor, and a bathroom with shower.

For information, renovation work is currently taking place in the building's common areas. This may cause some noise pollution, only during the day and excluding weekends.

Please note that the stairs to the bed are steep and the mezzanine not very large, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking.

The flat will be carefully prepared for your arrival:
Professional cleaning service + laundry for linen.
All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels.

The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner.
