THE APARTMENT
- A beautiful living room, with comfortable sofa, smart TV and coffee table opening onto a grand sunny terrace.
- The grand terrace, with a dining table for 6 and deckchairs.
- A well-equipped open-floor kitchen, with everything youâll need during your stay.
- A first bedroom suite with a queen size bed and its private shower room with toilets.
- A second bedroom with a 160cm-wide bed (the small bed in the photos is not counted as a bed, it only serves as a couch).
- A second separate shower room with toilets.
- Come drop of your luggage here and experience some dolce vita in Cannes, as a couple or with friends, in this unique rooftop apartment.
GETTING TO THE PROPERTY
Access to the property is within 30 minutes on foot from the train station, 7 minutes by car or 14 minutes by bus.
It is 30 minutes by car from the Nice CĂŽte dâAzur airport.

Do you want to go to the center of Cannes? Head to the famous Croisette and go to the Palais des Festivals within a 20-minute walk, surrounded by the sea and luxury boutiques, or take public transportation, thanks to the bus stops located a few steps from the apartment.
The Palais des Festivals is 20 minute away on foot.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
