I wish we could have stayed longer and used The Oasis pool area. We were here for one night for a concert at The Wharf Amphitheater. Great location. Super convenient.

We really enjoyed our time at the rental. Great condo, clean and spacious and location was about 10 minutes from beach on a cute lake. The wharf has shopping and dining and although was limited in variety (my kids with allergies couldn’t eat there which was a bummer), was fun to walk around. The pool area had a wave pool and lazy river and was a short walk or easy drive. One thing to note is there IS a fitness center under the blue awning. The communication with host had told me there wasn’t one, but was happy to find that the amenity card worked on the fitness center when talking with an employee whom I shared an elevator ride with. We don’t have the right WiFi network and although reached out several times, never got that resolved, but besides that had a great time. Would come back.

We didn’t receive any notice of an issue while you were in-house, and we’re always happy to jump in quickly to get things sorted so you can enjoy every part of your stay. That said, with a front-row seat overlooking The Wharf—yachts passing by, the occasional dolphin sighting, live music, great restaurants, and one of the most popular pools in the area—we hope the entertainment just outside your door made up for any screen-time setbacks. It’s a pretty special spot. We’d love to welcome you back for another stay—and we’ll make sure Netflix is ready to go, just in case you decide to stay in for the evening.

We enjoyed it. No matter what time we time we could get ahold of someone. The location was great. Loved watching the boats and having shopping and food right there.

Great Weekend

We were here for a cheerleading competition. This property was very clean. Fun weekend for our family. Only issue we had was the check-in process. We arrived late evening and everything was closed. We didn't know where to park or how to access the building. So FYI you park on top floor of garage across street from building and need codes to access garage and building which were not provided with our arrival information.

Spring Break Baseball Tournament

Location was great for our baseball tournament and the multiple game locations. This condo was just what we needed and where we needed to be. We arrived for checkin well after 7:00pm and weren’t sure about parking and which deck was closest to our condo. We had no code for parking or to get into the elevator to access our floor. The person working after hours was helpful and got us taken care of quickly.

My family has stayed at the wharf several times now and this rental felt short of our expectations. Firstly, we had a nat/fruit fly issue. All 5 days we stayed, we found them in the rooms, closets, bathrooms, kitchen etc. The unit itself is in need of major TLC. There is a floor board in the kitchen that is sticking up and most definitely a safety hazard. The TV in the master bedroom does not work and the rest of the tvs in the unit are outdated. All of the furniture has seen better days. It seems like second hand furniture you’d find at a garage sale- just being completely honest. No adults in our party could sit at the kitchen table because the seats were very uncomfortable and felt like you would fall through. The “nightstand” in the primary bedroom is thin plywood resembling cardboard with a table cloth over it. Several of the rooms have psi missing or scuff marks on the walls. There are stains all over the cover on the couch. The patio looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Layers of dust and spills all around the ground. I felt embarrassed to have guests over. (See photos)On a positive note- Beach getaways was helpful finding a package I had delivered and check in and checkout were smooth. The unit was spacious but due to the state of the furniture and lack on cleanliness, we will look for other units in the future.

Filthy

The first thing I did when I entered the condo was kill a roach. The kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and stove were filthy. The stove was covered in grease and crumbs. The utensils had food all over them. The floors were not vacuumed, there was food on the floor all by the bar stools. The back door was broken. I had to keep putting it back on the track. When the washing machine was running, the whole condo smelled like mildew. The whole place needs to be painted. The wall colors are outdated and the walls are dirty. The bed in the master bedroom was hard as a rock. It honestly felt like I was sleeping on the floor. This was the worst condo I have ever stayed in. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Great Location

The condo was clean and well maintained. Our main issue was with checking in over the weekend. There was only 1 key in the lockbox (keypad on door will allow all in condo to come and go freely) and no keyfob for the pool or workout room. Apparently, the guests prior had accidentally taken it with them. Not a problem except no one was able to help resolve this issue until Monday afternoon at 1pm after repeated calls and emails over the weekend and again on Monday. Don't expect any help if it is on the weekend or after hours. There is no concierge or after hours host to help you. Property managers are only available 9-5, M-F. When Kim finally connected with us Monday afternoon, she was able to move things along. Also, closets had no hangers, we just bought some inexpensive ones at Walmart and left them. Apparently they are not provided...odd. Otherwise a nice clean condo.

This condo is in rough shape. Markings on the wall, stains on the couch, old TVs in the room, the fan in the bathroom had caked up dust. Overall cleanliness was horrible. The showers were disgusting, once you got out, you’d have black crap all over the bottom of your feet. Looked like maybe some mold in one the showers, not sure. The fan in the bedroom with the two queens wasn’t balanced so it just make dinging noises all night, couldn’t really use it at night. Ice maker is a nice touch, but would just make loud random sounds. The checkin process was good and the view was good. For the price of this condo though, it’s a giant rip off and doesn’t meet the standards. I stayed here for a better experience but would have been better off staying at the hotel next door.

Daughter's 30th bday

Misrepresented. Ragged carpeting. - literally! Scuffed walls. Sloppy beads. Draperies unhooked in places and drooping. Unacceptable service interruptions! Being awakened by loud banging on doors by maintenance more than once! Disappointed and disgusted.
