Beautiful and Cozy

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed spending time in the basement playing ping pong, having s’mores by the fire and watching movies in the comfy living room. The kitchen also had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we are in the area.

Great getaway!

This house was amazing. Our first time renting and definitely wont be our last! Kids loved the game room. Location was great and near plenty of things to do.

Family Vacation

This the second time we have stayed at this property. We had such a great time and were so impressed with the accomodations that we had to return. The house is perfect for a family vacation. Kitchen is well equipped, backyard has a fire pit great for s'mores. House has updated bathrooms , bedrooms are great sized with beds that are actually comfortable. I highly recommend this house in a quiet neighborhood that is close to beach, town, restaurants and highways.

Happy vacation in Arundel!

This is the 2nd time our family has stayed at this property! We had a great week both times. The ping pong table was once again a big hit! There was a shortage of paper towels/toilet paper but we picked some up in our travels so not a big deal. Hope to be back again soon!! Thank you Val and Paul!

Annual Family Vacation

This was our first time at this property and it was great! The location was perfect for all of our “to-do’s” in the surrounding areas. All within a short 10-15 minute drive. The sleeping arrangements worked well for 5 adults and 2 children. The house was stocked with all that we needed. The fire pit down back is great! And the deck with the grill was great bonus as well! Communication with the hosts was very responsive when needed. We are all ready to return for our vacation next year

Excellent place!

Went on mini getaway with extended family. House was great, lots of space, clean, great location and owner’s communication was great. It’s close to lots of places to go to but also has privacy in yard area and a great fire pit. Lots of space to do family activities and nice rooms.

Family Fun

We enjoyed every moment of our stay in Maine. The house was spectacular, spacious, well stocked, and so clean! The kids especially loved the ping pong table and fire pit. It felt so secluded and relaxing as well. We would definitely stay here again!! :)

Perfect spot!

Nice, quiet location in the woods, yet close to the beach and all coastal attractions. The home itself is very well appointed and the owner clearly gave thought to every amenity needed for the guest. Plenty of space to spread out, but also great community space to hang out as a family. The homeowner is very pleasant and responsive.

Maine Getaway

This rental was exactly as advertised. We were beyond pleased with the cleanliness of the house along with how spacious all the rooms were. We felt completely accommodated, and it was just a short ride into town and to the beaches. It was a very cozy and comfy home!

Very nice and comfortable house

Our family of 8 had spent a lovely week at this property in August. We particularly enjoyed the open kitchen area, deck and the large fire pit outside. The bedrooms were also very comfortable. The property is located in a short driving distance from many attractions (Kenenbunkport, Oguinquit, Portland, etc.). Highly recommend!

What a fabulous home and host!

We loved our week in Maine at this home! We were two families with 6 childrens, 3-7 and it was such a fabulous and accommodating place! Our host, Val and Paul could not have been more accommodating! The house fit all our needs with plenty of space for the kids to spread out and explore! The outdoor shower was so great to hose off when we came back from the beach and the location could not have been better for all our excursions! We loved everything about our week in Maine and can’t recommend this home enough!

Perfect Location

This property is a perfect getaway! It is close to just about everywhere with a short drive to Wells, Kennebunk/Kennebunkport, and Biddeford alike. As for the house, it was truly the most private one we've ever rented. It was great to relax on either the back deck facing the woods or in one of the rocking chairs on the front porch. Inside there was plenty of room for our family of four, and the kids really enjoyed the game room. All together between the home itself and the location, it's safe to say this was one of the best family vacations ever. Thank you Val and Paul. We hope to make it up there again someday!

Tranquil House with Everything

I loved staying in this house!! Quiet and equipped with everything you could need. I enjoyed relaxing on the front porch swing the most. Convenient location, beach supplies, and entertainment galore for the kids. I appreciated the small touches that were available - reusable shopping bags, a beach bag, travel cups, etc. The hosts were very responsive and I appreciated the recommendations. The bathrooms are a little awkward for two families as there is only one full bathroom on the upstairs level near the bedrooms. The other full bathroom is on the main level. Not a big deal, but definitely something worth noting.

Summer vacation - Family of nine

Everyone in the family, from my mom to my daughter and niece, enjoyed the house. It is in a great location - quiet and private but it does not take long to get to places. There was plenty of room for us to eat, play, and relax. We really enjoyed the fire pit. The hosts responded quickly to any questions and concerns. One criticism. The house can handle nine people, but the way they describe the bedrooms is a little off. The "double" futon in the office bedroom is not big enough for two adults - maybe two children, but not two adults. The bedroom with the bunk beds can have four people in it - the top bunk, the bottom part is a double bed, and there is a trundle bed. However, it is rather small for that amount of people. The kitchen area is nice and there is a nice deck area with a grill. The living room is big and the play room downstairs is good sized (we had fun playing ping pong!). In spite of some sleeping arrangements that were not ideal, the house served our family of nine adults well. If you are looking for a quiet space that is not to far from things to do, this is the vacation rental for you.

Maine vacation

This was a great property. Very secluded you had a lot of privacy but only 10 minutes to Kennebunkport and the beach. Plenty of room for the family. Enjoyed the firepit, deck and the game room. Great amenities, would definitely come back.

I never realized how nice Kennebunkport was until I was introduced to it. We have done a lot to the house since buying it in 2019. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
