Enjoy this entire home! Minutes away from multiple boat launches, rotary park, community park and Casinos! Centrally located home equipped with smart TVs in every bedroom and a 70” smart tv in the living room. Provide Netflix and Hulu on all TVs. Along with parking space for a boat or trailer, there is plenty of indoor space to relax or barbecue outside. Included is a full kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge and Keurig. Washer and dryer on-site and garage access.

The house was perfect. Location to grocery, restaurants and the river was close. Very pet friendly; our Cavapoo enjoyed playing with the extra toys!

Laughlin Trip

The house is perfect to lay your head after a long day at the river! The grocery store is down the street and plenty of places to eat just a short drive away. The neighborhood is quiet and my family and I have never had any issues or problems when staying here. We slept 6 comfortably!

Comfortable and family friendly!

This was perfect for my family of five! Great location. Clean. Spacious. TVs in every room. It was practically baby proofed (my toddler gets into everything). Would definitely stay here again!

Bullhead City Grand Canyon Vacation

Three major issues for me. #1 Sliding patio door from the living room is broken. You can tell by looking it has been that way a while. #2 Sliding door in the master bedroom is ripped in several places by the handle. #3 dog feces all in the fenced area. Not major but irritating...no trash bags in the bathroom wastebaskets and laundry left in a huge trash bag in the garage. The house was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. I would stay again. The property owner was amazing and I think the issues have to do more with the cleaning crew not communicating with the owner.

Warm and inviting home!

Perfect house for us to stay at while visiting for a boating weekend on Lake Mohave. The home was clean, comfortable, updated and in a nice central location to the river, lake and town. We felt very much at home there. Be sure to bring your own soap/shampoo. We forgot ours but the store was super close so it wasn’t a big deal. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful getaway home!

My family and I had a great experience staying in this beautiful home. It has an open floor plan, is very spacious and clean, quiet neighborhood, and is conveniently located near the river and supermarket. The owner was very gracious and responded promptly to all of my inquiries. We will definitely be back next year for our yearly river trip!
