The Property
Five bedroom, 4 full bathroom lodge that sleeps up to 16 people. Your group will enjoy a spacious living area, a dining area with a full kitchen, in-unit washer & dryer, and a great view from the upstairs balcony/patio with access from the interior via a spiral wrought iron staircase and an exterior wooden stairway.
Guests are welcome to walk over to Indian Point Marina dock for boat or wave runner rentals or a boat slip. Indian Point Marina is just a 10-minute walk away or a 2-minute drive.

The staff from victory properties were pretty awesome especially communication ( Lily was easy to work with ) House was perfect for our group / clean and had all the amenities included / hot tub was a plus and location was superb. Will rent again in the future

Could have been better

The property is in a great place and the set up of the house was perfect for our family, however there are holes in the walls, one entire dresser drawer was missing in our room. The shower had long dark hairs still in it and so did my daughter’s bed giving the feeling that the sheets hadn’t been changed for our arrival. One pillow had blood stains on it and the mattresses are terrible. They are like sleeping on plywood. Definitely needs repairs and better housekeeping.

Girls Weekend

This property was amazing. With this being a girls weekend we wanted a property that was safe and this was it. The property was very clean and stocked with everything we needed plus some. The beds were so comfortable. This will definitely be our go to rental in Branson from now on.

Branson get away home

Nice property with plenty of room for family. Very cool spiral staircase to upstairs bedrooms as well as an outside staircase access. Very close to Branson activities including Silver Dollar City, as well as being nestled away for quiet family time.

Always a good experience!

Wonderful

Our family tries together under one roof for a week each year. A very difficult task since we are in various states. This home was in a good location and easy getting to the various attractions. The home it’s self accommodated our family well. Victory properties is great to work with and keep their property well maintained. We would recommend this property for families looking for quality time together. If in area, we would stay again

Great place to stay

It was a nice place to stay in. Very clean. Could have used some more seating area in living room and seating in bedrooms considering how many people it is set up for. Definitely needed more towels and washcloths in bathrooms. Overall it was a very nice place to stay with family. Lots of sleeping space and very clean. The bunk beds were definitely a hit with kids.

Nice stay with plenty of room, didn’t have to contact host for any needed supplies.

Everything was ready for our week stay from towels to liquid hand soap and dish soap too. It was a nice stay and we enjoyed having plenty of room to relax in your own space.

Could of been better

Once arrived at 44 victory Ln. it was a great view. As we went into house the living room and kitchen looked old and it had a musky smell. The kitchen table was in the way of getting into the fridge. Wifi was in and out the whole time. Was hard to watch cartoons for the kids due to the internet. The bedrooms were the high point. The staircase was a very steep spiral that was hard to maneuver. One pool was somewhat clean and was ok to swim in but the other pool looked like a old farm pond. The hot tub i heard was great. The house at night while sleeping was cold then hot all night. The one pool with the splash pad in the pictures was not found. the indoor pool you had to drive or walk a distance to get to it. Over all i gave it a 3 star rating with reserve. This is the worst property on Vrbo i have had to stay in. We will not be returning to this property. For this rating it was not worth the money.
