Come and spend your holidays in this pretty studio with a terrace offering a small sea view.

The studio is located in the residence "les jardins de la mer", a quiet and secured condominium with an electric gate.
The studio is composed of a bathroom with toilet, a small kitchen.
On the night side you will find in the corridor two single bunk beds of 90x190 cm, and a double bed of 140 x 190 cm.
The shaded terrace is equipped with a dining table and several chairs ideal for good meals in the fresh air.
Parking:
The apartment has a private parking space within the residence.
Equipment:
Washing machine; hob; oven; microwave; Television, equipped kitchen and sufficient crockery for 2 to 4 people.
The environment:
Immediately find the Lecques beach of Saint Cyr sur Mer which is the largest beach of the seaside resort (1.4 km long). It extends from the port of St-Cyr to the port of Madrague in a pleasant bay facing La Ciotat. There are bars, restaurants, sailing club, jet rental... in short, ideal for the holidays!
Sheets and bath towels:
As an option for a fee and on request (âŹ25 for the double bed kit and âŹ15 for the towel kit with one large and one small per person).
If necessary, blankets in the accommodation (ideal in the off-season).
Housekeeping:
This is included in your reservation and a company will intervene after your departure.
Animals: Not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood.
