The apartment is dual-aspect, providing beautiful natural light. It has been tastefully renovated throughout and offers breathtaking views of the port of La Ciotat. It consists of a main room with a fully equipped kitchen that opens completely onto the living room and dining area. Towards the entrance, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, single sink, heated towel rail, and toilet.

Parking:
For parking, there are free spaces nearby in the town, or you can park your car in a paid private parking lot.

Environment:
Located in the old port of La Ciotat, it houses traditional boats (pointus and Provençal barques) as well as larger vessels and yachts. Nearby, you'll find the Mugel Park, a 12-hectare botanical park that invites you to stroll and discover many of our region's plants.
