Welcome to Nautical Blue — a spacious, beautifully decorated beach retreat in the peaceful community of St. Joe Beach, just half a block from the sugary white sands of the Florida Panhandle.

With 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and room for up to 16 guests, this home was designed with families and groups in mind. Whether you're here to relax or play, Nautical Blue delivers on both.

The Outdoor Space:
Cool off in your private pool, unwind in the hot tub, and grill out on the balcony under the glow of gorgeous gas lanterns. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water makes beach days even easier.

The Game Room:
The first level is pure fun — shoot pool, play ping pong, throw darts, or challenge the kids to one of 60 classic arcade games including Pac-Man and Donkey Kong. Rainy day? No problem.

The Bedrooms:
Two master suites each feature a queen bed, private en suite with double vanity and walk-in shower, and French door balcony access. Two bunk rooms with built-in triple bunk beds are perfect for kids. A first-floor queen bedroom offers easy pool access for guests who prefer to skip the stairs.

The Living & Dining Area:
The third floor impresses with an open floor plan, oversized windows, and two comfortable living areas. The fully equipped kitchen seats up to 7 at the counter and the dining table seats 8 — plenty of room for the whole group to gather.

No need to pack or shop — we've got you covered with beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, bags, a wagon, cooler, and beach toys included with every stay.

There were two families, eight adults, on our stay. The house had a lot of space for everyone. We never ran out of hot water, which was a great bonus. The kitchen is the best stocked one we have had in a rental. We would definitely stay again.

It was a nice property. Very roomy with a view of the water. We enjoyed the pool and being able to walk across the road to the beach. The only issue we had was ants. Medium sized ants that bit my son. There was spray in the house and we used that to control them.

Beautiful home. Great location. Easy access to the beach and everything you need provided. Bonfires on the beach a great way to end the day. Plus our dogs loved chasing sand crabs.

Fantastic Quiet Get Away

My friends and I were looking for an escape from school and the loudness of other beaches and found this gem. At first we weren’t looking forward to going because we had no idea where is it however, Port Saint Joe is a lovely town and just the atmosphere we were looking for. The beach was amazing as well as the house. Would definitely recommend staying here and we would love to come back!

Excellent Vacation Stay

There were 5 of us and our dog, Ramona! We had the best time and the place was huge! Loved the 3rd floor kitchen with the living rooms on either side! We enjoyed coffee on the 3rd deck each morning and the walk to the beach was quick and easy for us all. Thank you again for a wonderful experience and we have already booked it again for next Summer!

Annual Family Gathering

Our family meets up once a year for a week at the beach. We’ve tried many locations to meet our needs and budget and the nautical blue house far exceeded our previous attempts to have a be together as a family, but still manage to relax and have our own space.

Birthday/Easter/Friends & Family Gathering

The house was just as advertised & the location is perfect. Kids & adults of all ages thoroughly enjoyed the game room, pool & hot tub. The beach was beautiful and easily accessible. A fantastic time was had by all. An elevator or stair lift would have made it perfect as the stairs were not for the Senior Citizens or those with mobility difficulties.

Lovely home, beach views, elevator needed!!!! My son in law slipped and fell on the polished tile bathroom floor. King beds would be great! The bunk rooms difficult for adults. Loved the pool and hot tub!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We love the area of St Joe Beach, Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe. The locals are very friendly, the beaches are beautiful with small crowds, the restaurants are great and so are the mom and pop shops. This location is amazing for outdoor activities and site seeing.

Some of the unique benefits of this home are the large balconies with seating and ocean views, private pool, and game room. We especially love the top floor where our entire family can hang out comfortably and our grandkids have plenty of room to play.
