The unit was perfect for my stay! I look forward to staying in the unit again or one of their other properties. It was a great apartment and the location made doing all my activities super easy, I could walk to town and the grocery store. Plenty of parking on site and in a nice neighborhood. The unit had everything you would need; comfortable bed, extra bedding, tons of towels, items for cooking and it's a very well kept and clean unit. Can't say enough good things about the unit, my stay and the owner. Look forward to staying here again.

Very nice place and conveniently located in-town. I grew up across the street so it was a little nostalgist for me. I would recommend this unit to others, it was fully stocked with everything you would need. I would have cleaned it just tiny bit more, but I am slightly picky. The only knock on the place was the price. I rent places too and offer discounts on more than three days. The owners were extremely responsive which I really appreciate. Parking was always available in the rear of the building. Thank you again for making it easy on me.

Great home base

Brand new studio apartment centrally located and close to a lot of different outdoor recreation and tourist destinations. Lots of good restaurants, stores, and shops in Monroe--and not too overcrowded.
