Located on the 1st floor without elevator, it comprises :
- a bedroom with a double bed ;
- a bathroom ;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a living room with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day's hiking.
The following facilities are at your disposal: Coffee machine, Raclette machine, Tennis court, Ski room, Parking / Garage, Dishwasher, Oven, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Wifi, Terrace, Ski in/ Ski out, Microwave, etc.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
One of the apartment's assets is its brightness. Demi-Quartier is well known for its Princesse cable car, which takes you up to Mont d'Arbois in just 10 minutes, offering a unique view of Mont Blanc. But also its proximity to the commune of MĂ©gĂšve, 7 minutes away.
Places of interest close to the property:
- the Princesse gondola, a 6-minute walk away;
- Parc Therma, 19 minutes away by car;
- the Prarion, a 30-minute drive away; and much more...

## Emplacement
Demi-Quartier is a commune in Haute-Savoie, in the Auvergne-RhĂŽne-Alpes region, bordering the prestigious resorts of MegĂšve to the south and Combloux to the north.
Its name may derive from the crescent-moon shape of its territory, or more simply from the fact that it was part of a seigneury.
But this is not the only originality of Demi-Quartier: the parish was separated from MegĂšve in the 18th century, but administrative links have been preserved.
For example, Demi-Quartier's town hall is located on the territory of its neighbor, and the two towns are co-owners of MegĂšve's church and war memorial.
With a population of around 1,000, some of whom live in hamlets, Demi-Quartier has benefited from MegĂšve's development since the interwar years, when it became one of France's most prestigious winter sports resorts. As a result, Demi-Quartier is home to a large number of hotels, while most of the ski-related activities are located in MegĂšve.

- Geneva Airport: 1 hour and 8 minutes by car.
