Located on lot 16 of White Caps RV Park, this unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all Beautifully decorated. Outdoor seating on private deck with charcoal grill. Bring your kayaks, jet skis and fishing equipment as this property is located on the Portage River, adjacent to a free state boat launch. Ample parking in the lot for your boat and free use of the fish cleaning facilities. We are conveniently located and have a lot to offer non fishermen. We are located just minutes from downtown Port Clinton, and dining and shopping. We are also just a couple of minutes down the street from Marinas, and the Jet Express ferry to Put in Bay

Great property

This mobile home was perfect for my husband, my two friends and myself. The remodeled space was great and it was right next to the boat ramp for out two fishermen. Quiet and Close to town for shopping and restaurants. There are a couple of problems though— a crack in the bathtub liner and some ceiling plaster problems because of moisture with the lack of an exhaust fan—both could be big problems if not fixed. We would stay again.

Wonderful Plave

The trailer is beautifull inside, with a very big master bedroom. It was decorated so nice, very clean. This trailer is in a RV park, so everything is very close together, there are alot of permanent campers there. Eveyone was so incredibly kind, made us feel welcomed. I loved it there, we will definitely be booking this place again. Overall I couldn't say anything bad about this place, it was absolutely wonderful!!!!

Great experience. Dawn was very helpful. Very clean. Nice people.

The property is in a short term mobile home park. The is older and has not been kept up as it should. Not a good first impression, but the trailer was clean. The beds were comfy and it had a full kitchen. Everyone we met was extremely nice. We would stay again.

Once inside the property is very cute! Newly renovated! Just remember to bring towels! I would definitely stay here again.

White Caps Motel Stay

Very cute place in a middle of RV park. Completely remodeled so everything was nice and clean. Place was stacked with all the necessities. Very welcoming manager of the property. In general my whole family enjoyed the long weekend stay since our trip was all planned out with many trips and activities. The place is about 15 minutes from the downtown Port Clinton and 25 minutes from The Miller Ferry to Put-In-Bay, about 35 minutes to Cedar Point. I am giving four stars only because the RVs and trailers are very close to each other, thankfully we had no neighbors the whole weekend otherwise there would be no room for the kids to enjoy the outside area. Also, the place was kind of dark, can’t see sun because of the many trees and it’s really in the middle of nowhere.

Location, clean, updated!!

Exactly like the photos! Tastefully updated home with easy access to boat launch. I was even able to rent a boat slip right there.. Also the neighbors were extremely friendly! Thank you for a great weekend!

Relaxing getaway

Nice little place ! Alot more spacious then expected. Rv park could use some clean up. But we really enjoyed our time. Very comfortable and had everything we needed.
