This is our third time staying in this property. It was doable in the past but the property is very much in need of some updating since the last time we stayed a couple of years ago. It would appear as though some type of flooding or something has occurred and the flooring was warped and smells a bit like mildew. While proximity to the beach is unmatched the upkeep of the unit has been neglected. The extras that weve become accustomed to with vrbos including this unit in the past in terms of restroom, kitchen and laundry daily uses were scarce.

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect — just steps away from the beach, which made it so convenient for our family. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We especially loved relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the ocean views after long beach days. The area was quiet, family-friendly, and close to great restaurants and attractions. Communication was easy, and the entire experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. Our family made some great memories here, and we would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Great location and condo for family

Was a great location for my family on the beach. Pool and beach are super close and we really enjoyed it. Prior guests shoved food or something in sink and there were a ton of ants for a few days, but that wasn't the owners fault.

Winter 2025

We enjoyed our stay and condo was perfect for just the two of us and could have accommodated a few more adults or children. All appliances worked as should. Cozy place and that was good with the unpredictable winter this year.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about this condo is perfect - from the living space & bedrooms to the location walking straight out the door to the beach path. Great unit on the beach!

This unit was overall great for our family. Glad we were on the bottom unit. Very short walk out on the beach. The pool was nice, never extremely crowded during our stay. They did notify us a few days before check in that the air was having issues and was temporarily fixed. They came on Tuesday morning to work on the unit, they had it fixed and working great before we got back in from the beach. Definitely recommend this unit!
