Spacious apartment renovated in a quiet residence, located Place St Jean 200 meters from the beach and about 500 meters from the local shops of the Demoiselles district with bakery, mini-market, and summer market twice a week. You can do everything on foot once your car is parked in the parking lot !!!
The 69 m2 apartment is composed of:
- Entrance into the corridor
- A first bedroom with 2 90 cm beds in very good condition (duvets)
- A second bedroom with a 140 cm bed in very good condition (duvet)
- A separate toilet
- A bathroom with large shower, double sink and washing machine
- A large living room opening onto the closed balcony
- Kitchen open to the dining room
