A studio apartment with a mountain corner is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator.
It comprises:
- a mountain corner with 90x190 bunk beds
- a living room with a 140x190 sofa bed for two people, a television, a fully equipped kitchenette (electric stove, microwave, etc.)
- a bathroom and separate toilet.
- a south-facing balcony with furniture.
A travel cot is available.
Parking is available in the residence's outdoor parking lot.
A very large garden at the foot of the residence.
It is approximately 150m from the Casse du Boeuf ski lifts and the ESF ski school. The Pré Long shopping center is approximately 200m away.
