This large house, which can accommodate up to 8 people, features:
- A kitchen open to the dining area and equipped with a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, and toaster; in addition, a pantry with an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine.
- A dining area open to the kitchen.
- A living room with a television opening onto a small veranda.
- A first bedroom with a 140cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom and toilet.
- A second bedroom with a 140cm double bed.
- The other two bedrooms are adjoining: a first children's bedroom with two 90cm single beds and a second with a 140cm double bed and a washbasin.
- A second bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
- A second separate toilet.
- A large outdoor area with a spacious covered terrace, garden furniture, and an electric grill, and a south-east-facing wooded garden. There is also a north/west-facing courtyard where several vehicles can be parked.
Please note that linens and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental. You can contact our agency for rates. Upon key collection, two deposits will be required: one of âŹ800 for the accommodation and one of âŹ200 for the end-of-stay cleaning.
One pet is allowed in the property with a âŹ20 supplement for the stay.
