Litchfield Retreat offers resort-like condo living uniquely located within the quiet neighborhood of North Litchfield Beach coveted for its relaxed character and uncrowded stretch of sand along one of the finest beaches on the east coast.

Positioned directly across from beach access on second row makes it easy to come and go on foot. Carrying your favorite beach provisions is a breeze thanks to the wide boardwalk over low dunes with sloped ramps at each end.

Retreat amenities include the year-round outdoor pool tucked within a tropical courtyard of towering palm trees, central picnic grilling area, outdoor rinsing station along the beach path, wireless internet, three elevators, as well as two coin-operated laundry rooms with trash chutes on every floor.

Bring (or rent) bikes and pedal along the popular Waccamaw Neck Bikeway that passes through this community. Head north to Huntington Beach State Park to see shorebirds and other coastal wildlife inhabiting the fresh water and saltmarsh estuaries. Head south to shop, find great local dining, and explore the charm of Pawleys Island.

SINGLE LEVEL: (3 bedrooms) 1 KING, 1 QUEEN, 2 SINGLES. Northeasterly facing fifth floor condo offers updated kitchen, smooth surface flooring in kitchen and dining area, ceiling fans throughout, open concept common areas and covered balcony with exceptional peek-a-boo ocean view.

AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TVs-4 (smart TVs, 1 Roku), wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fans in DR and all BR's, pack-n-play, 5th floor covered balcony, on-site pool and grilling area, access to ground level locker w/owner beach gear. Laundry facility, trash chute, elevator service located on every floor.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: 7-night minimum mid-June through mid-August. Last minute partial week stays may be considered. 3-night minimum during other times of the year. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

No Smoking. No Pets (retreat rules prohibit guest pets).

FANTASTIC PROPERTY!!

The owners of this property understand short term rentals! I have stayed in many places that have bare minimum amenities and cheap furniture. Not this property! The kitchen has many quality appliances (including a griddle, Keurig plus a drip coffee maker, and crock pot), plenty of cooking utensils, and is well organized. The living area and deck feature comfortable, sturdy furniture and a huge television. Beds were very comfortable. Attention to details set this property apart. There are USB charging ports beside every bed and strategically placed in the living space. Also, there are automatic night lights throughout the property. We enjoyed our stay immensely and look forward to returning.

North Litchfield Beach is easily among the prettiest beaches in South Carolina and is locally prized for its uncrowded, quiet reputation. While it has several public access ways, the entire length of North Litchfield Beach is bordered by a residential community untouched by commercial enterprise. Grocery stores, popular dining venues, and local eclectic shops are conveniently close by however. The North Litchfield Beach community resides along a bike path that meanders into Huntington Beach State Park where visitors can observe the beauty and wildlife of the Lowcountry sand dunes and wetlands. North Litchfield Beach is contiguous with Huntington Beach to the north and Litchfield Beach to the south, spanning 7 miles from end to end. The beach is characteristically wide with soft white sand bounded by low lying sand dunes and the blue-green ocean.

Outdoor activities are a great way to experience the unique beauty of our area.
