Renovated in December 2020, this duplex apartment of approximately 58sqm located on the 3rd floor in the residence Alpages 1. Beds made on arrival, mid-stay cleaning, towels provided.
The entrance, located on the 3rd floor, gives you access to a cloakroom, a laundry room and a restroom.
The living room is set with an open fully equipped kitchen: large granite worktops, fridge, dishwasher, extractor hood, and induction stove and oven.
The dining room opens up on a large balcony facing south, and continue into the vast living room with a flat screen smart 32” HDTV and convertible sofa bed (140x200).
On the right side of the apartment, a spacious and bright en-suite double bedroom 160x200cm is waiting for you. It has its own balcony, a shower, a toilet and a flat screen 32” smart HDTV.
Next to the suite, there is a children’s room with a bunk bed 80x200cm and a 24” smart HDTV.
A modern bathroom room and separate toilet are also part of this floor.
The apartment has been renovated with high quality materials, underfloor heating, carpeting with underlay and new carpentry. You have access to the WiFi.
