Clean, light, and comfortable. Listen to the Notre Dame band play as you sit in the back yard. Hit the East Bank Trail (2 blocks away) for a walk, jog, or bike ride. Downtown South Bend's restaurants and sites are close by. 3 bedrooms, plus one in the finished basement. Private back yard, a porch swing, and a corner lot make this a great house to rent.

Great stay for the OSU - ND game. We had 8 adults and had plenty of space & towels, toilet paper, etc for all of us. Easy walk to campus & the stadium. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay for a football weekend

This was a lovely home in a good spot for taking in a Notre Dame football weekend. The property manager, Emily, was very responsive and helpful. She made check in simple and we knew she was accessible if we needed anything.

Just perfect

This house is perfect for a Notre Dame visit. It’s an easy walk to campus. We were a party of 8 and the house was very comfortable for us all. Emily is an excellent host! Communication is super fast. Many thanks to Emily. Great rental!!

Notre Dame weekend getaway

Great location within walking distance of the Notre Dame campus. Stayed here for a game weekend, and the house was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space to hang out to watch the early games on TV. Kitchen is small, but had everything we needed to prep tailgate items. Home was comfortable, and Emily was instantly available to answer any questions we had. Would stay again on a future visit.

Perfect for Notre Dame football weekend

We loved the house and the location. It was great to be able to walk to the game. We had everything we needed during our stay. The house was clean and communication with owner was great. We would definitely stay here for a future game.
