This spacious, functional flat has been completely refurbished! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or on business.

The apartment features a bedroom with a queen-size bed for two people and extremely comfortable new bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a lounge area with a convertible sofa for 2 people, a convertible armchair for 1 person and a smart TV.

As you enter the apartment, you'll find :

- a fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans...),
- a sitting area with TV and double sofa bed and a convertible armchair for 1 person,
- a bedroom with Queen Size bed (160 by 200),

Arriving from the Airport:
From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG), board the RER B train toward Robinson/St-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and disembark at Denfert-Rochereau. A quick metro ride from there brings you to our doorstep.
If you're flying into Orly Airport (ORY), take the Orlyval light train to Antony, then transfer to the RER B toward Charles de Gaulle/Mitry-Claye, stopping at Denfert-Rochereau for onward travel.

Public Transport Convenience:
Metro: Place d'Italie station, serving Lines 5, 6, and 7, is just a stone's throw away, granting you easy access to all corners of Paris.
Bus Network: Explore Paris at your own pace with various bus lines crisscrossing the area. Look out for Bus 27, 47, and 83 for convenient connections.

Included Services:
We provide bed linen and towels for your comfort, along with professional housekeeping upon your arrival and departure.

Family-Friendly Services:
If you need a cot or high chair, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note, we do not provide baby linen.

Check-in & Check-out Times:
Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest.. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
Early Check-ins: Wishing to arrive before 3pm? We'll confirm only 24 hours prior, and it may cost 50% of a night's rate.
Late Check-outs: If you wish to stay a little longer past the official time, we'll confirm 24 hours prior, and you might be charged 50% of a night's rate.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is required to access the property, payable online by credit card via SWIKLY. This deposit will be refunded from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are observed.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out incurs a fee of €90. Detection of cigarette odor post-stay will result in a charge of €450. Extra keys are provided for stays of 15 days or more. Lost keys may incur fees ranging from €100 to €500, depending on the type.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Please do not leave keys on the door or inside the apartment. Respect neighbors' peace and quiet, as excessive noise may result in deposit deductions. Please note ongoing building renovations nearby, which may cause occasional daytime noise.

Internet Etiquette:
Avoid unauthorized use of the internet for copyrighted material or prohibited websites. Telecom operator malfunctions are not our responsibility and won't lead to compensation.

Professional Usage & Photography:
Photo shoots, filming, or commercial use require prior approval. Contact us for rates and permissions.

Minimum Age Requirement:
Reservations must be made by individuals aged 21 or older. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult meeting the age requirement.
