Located near the heart of the Metroplex within minutes from downtown Dallas, Historic Bishop Arts District, Deep Ellum and Fair Park, you are in close proximity of the city's main attractions. Enjoy mounted TV's in the living room over the fireplace and guest bedroom, with a huge Master Bathroom with jacuzzi tub, stand-in shower and double vanity. The spacious backyard includes a covered patio!

As you walk through the front door you will notice the open living room with instructions and resources ready to welcome you! Our home includes new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, a great dedicated workspace past the living room and Hi-Speed Wi-Fi throughout. The three bedrooms will be to your left, with the Queen bed guest room on the near end of the hall and the Master Bedroom on the far end. The third bedroom with two full size bunk beds will split the hall along with the guest bathroom.
